After arranging our visitation and graveside services, Jim kept in contact to ensure everything was moving forward satisfactorily. Dawn took over beginning with the visitation and was the model of care and efficiency, making sure all things were taken care of quickly. Even with a major foul up with the cemetery (see my review for Grandview Memorial Gardens), Dawn didn't blink an eye, but adapted calmly and made sure that was taken care of properly.
