The customer service agent is focused on charging you a service charge of $200 for a routine call and $395 for an emergency call. The work of their technicians is questionable so watch them closely if they come to service your generator. They placed a battery in my system for $295 less than a year ago and is refusing to check on it to ensure that it was not a faulty battery without charging another service fee of $200. It is clear how they make their money. Be careful!
