He came out and shared his honest thought on what we should do. We have never had professional painters before and he walked us through what to expect. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best. Also there team was amazing, we had a family emergency while the painter were here and they dropped what they were to help me. I can't say enough about the guys they went above and beyond what a paint crew should do. Overall you can't go wrong with Pinpoint!! I would recommend them again and again.

Then say it rained so they got behind on another job, but never communicated that they were not going to come to your job as scheduled. Recommend you find someone more reliable for your own good.

andrew smola came out out to do an estimate at my house, when he arrived he reeked of marijuana…read moreorder and smoke was bellowing out of his f-150. he then came in my house with muddy boots and I asked him politely to take them off and he told me its unprofessional to do an estimate without boots on. after dragging what seemed to be paint and dirt through my foyer he then gave me an outrageous quote on painting my living room. after I told him is this reasonable ? he said I can go hire a Hispanic if they are able to make before ice detains them. he then went on about how painting is a white mans job and how many times he's trusted other races and fired them because of insufficient work ethic. he then told me he needed to make a phone call and went and smoked a joint on my back porch and left a half smoked joint on my kids play table. They helped us out by removing the furniture and plantings from our deck as I was unable to do it alone and my husband had recently had surgery. They came and power washed one day and allowed to dry and then came back and prepped the deck and prepped/wrapped the siding of the house and the windows and doors. The entire deck, spindles, rails, fascia boards and underside supports were stained as were the small gaps between the floor boards. The men came back after the deck was dry and helped move the furniture and plantings back to the deck. We have had other neighbors comment on how beautiful the deck looks! And others have asked for the contact information! We are ever thankful to Chagrin Falls Painting and will be in contact for interior painting! Our thanks

When my realtor saw the work Norm and his crew did in the two units, she gushed praises for how good Norm made our property look. She even cussed a bit, and she doesn't normally swear. Here's a direct quote from the text she sent me, "IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!" Norm checked all of the boxes you want a contractor to check. High quality workmanship. Check. Reasonable on price. Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough.
