When I visited, I ordered a 4 beer flight with an American style IPA, an Imperial IPA, a Das Froot Blueberry Pancake Sour, and a Mashacre Imperial Stout. The Blieberry Pancake as a sour was well executed and tasty. Great color, density and mouthfeel too. The other beers were accurately described and pretty good. This is a Mexican, rice drink flavored with cinnamon, I really enjoyed. They have fun music playing here. My next time at The Industrial, I got their Mary Y Sol and my friend got the New Brit. I really enjoyed Mary Y Sol, its a subtle sweet rum, cocktail, sweetened with pineapple and coconut. It's a very different type of sweet. I really enjoyed this one. The New Brit was also great but the Bourbon base was too strong. As much as I like their vibe and their craft here, the service is lacking. I asked for water three times, and it never came. It also wasn't particularly busy. This is a huge turn off, especially for a brand new place. This is a beautiful space, that's bringing new attention to Downtown New Britain. I wish the bartender was a bit more attentive, a little smile never killed anyone. This a new place worth checking out, but their service could use a little attention.

They have a few non-alcoholic drink options. As someone who's living the sober lifestyle, it's always nice to see that. The restaurant is well managed and well maintained. Always clean, servers seem invested. It doesn't hurt to make a reservation if you're coming on a Friday or weekend night. Chicken is the star of the show here, and we almost always order that with some of the ala carte sides, but my wife also likes to grab something else off the menu and I'll usually sneak a bite. We've never had anything that fell below expectations.
