Wooww, what an experience, I got this Yamaha u3 piano from craigslist pretty cheap, owner said that she didn't maintain it for ages, keys were stuck, inside was dusty, out of tune, it needed a deep cleaning, and there it comes Kelly, I wonder why we waited month and an half?? trust me every second worth waiting. By the time she was done (took 3,5 hours) the piano was ready for the concert hall. She was checking to see if the piano sounds perfect and started playing Claro de Luna by Debussy but stopped after a minute which ANGERED ME!! I said you can't stop now.. She played the rest and couple more pieces. She has a good sense of humor too as I said what if the check I gave her bounces? She said she knows where I live!! I am threaten because she also said her bf is a MMA instructor :) We loved her stories and already scheduled with her our next maintenance in 6 months, installing humidifier and replacing the back strings. I would like to update my previous review on Dugger Music. About a week or so ago, Kelly texted me and apologized for not getting back with me on the issue I was having. She made an appointment and came out again to the house to see what could be done. She spent an hour taking the piano apart and going through all the keys and trying to adjust anything that might have caused the keys to stick. She told me to let her know if it worked. I have a great upright piano that i have taken it with me as i have moved over the past few years and never had it tuned, nor has it been played regularly in years. I could tell it was way out of tune and thought it was time to get it checked out. It was extremely easy to book an appointment with Kelly and i pretty much got an exact time she would be arriving to work on my piano.
