After the initial quote, Winston stated that he would beat any other quote or match the price competitively, and he wasn't wrong. The 3 man team showed up promptly and after giving them a breakdown of the location (if on a different floor, amout of steps, stairs involved, etc), they were able to come in, dismantle the 2 pianos, cover and wrap them, transport them to their trailer, and move the items safely to a different spot. They were very respectful at both properties and were careful to not mess with any plants or breakable items, etc. They were pretty quick and efficient and also were able to bring the pianos over and cut through our backyard in order to do so (and come in through a sliding glass door). They also made sure to note any issues with the pianos or benches prior to moving (a previous cross country move nicked a leg and there was some permanent marker transfer on one of the benches). They also did the move quickly safely, and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for any future piano moving needs. Payment accepted is zelle, cash, cashapp, etc.

Yes!!! I love Winston and his company. The company I…read morehad used for 2 decades had been sold to someone else so I was struggling to find a new piano mover when the need arose. I actually avoided this company at first because the "affordable" put me off. I like to save money and everything but my piano has massive intrinsic value for me and I'll pay top dollar for it to be safely moved and set up. When I couldn't get a call back and since I was on a tight schedule I called folded and tried Affordable. Winston picked up, answered my 49 questions and was actually able to move me that very day. He was communicative and took very good care of my baby. There was even follow up and helpful conversations that followed. I will absolutely be using him and his company again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - he totally deserves it.

I waited for months for this initial first tuning (David was on hiatus with the arrival of his new…read morebaby!!)-- and it was WELL worth the wait! I was referred to David by Eric from The Careful Move (piano movers), as he highly recommended David, when I mentioned I had had horrid experiences with judge-y, catty, "too good for this piano" piano tuners in the past. You see... I PREFER antique pianos with a BOLD sound-- A rollicking ragtime piano from a 1900-1930s beer hall is MY KIND OF PIANO. And of course, like any barfly, some "unpolished" grit and character may also come along for the ride sound (or feel)wise . ... I will most likely never opt for Steinway, even if it is handed to me. Carnegie Hall aspirant I am not. My current piano is a 1934 Monarch (Baldwin) grand, and it has LIVED. There's some scuffs, even a leg that was mended... but what a powerfully rich sound in all registers! David, though experienced and certified for Steinways, immediately "got me" and understood my piano's quirks. He took his time, giving it a deep clean inside ("blow/suck/blow"), tuning it, discussing some of its idiosyncrasies and possible options for long-term maintenance, polishing and buffing the outside, and even providing me with links for piano polishes so that I could maintain my piano until the next tuning appointment. Doctors are less thorough with annual physicals. My piano should have it so good. My calendar has been marked for the next tuning. If I don't somehow persuade David and his wife to hire a babysitter so they can come over for Boardgame Night before then!

They moved it downstairs through a staircase with a pretty tight turn and there is an expensive stained glass window located as an obstacle right at the worst point in the tight turn. See Photos. This was an in house move only, upstairs to downstairs. This one was of those great moments where you get that feeling "Man, I hired the right guys for this job". And the Yelp rating really proved to be true, and proved its value. Call them first, and if they are busy wait until they are available. Hope this helps everyone. Peace

I even asked him if HE played the piano-- because he could've fooled me-- he was so knowledgeable. He doesn't play a note, but this is a guy who appreciates ALL pianos... not just someone's "new Steinway". Robert who helped Eric on the move was also thoughtful and so respectful of my piano and it's proper delivery and positioning in my house, assuring me that I could take the time I needed to decide on JUST the right angle for them to position it! I highly recommend them and will loudly and gladly sing their praises from the hilltops :)

We are so glad to have stopped in. We were the only customers in the place for about an hour and Randy truly made it feel like personalized, VIP buying experience. The showroom was adorned with essentially the entire line of Yamaha CLP-800 series pianos, and some very nice acoustic grand pianos as well. As for the buying experience: Randy was informative, not pushy. He presented the differences between the Yamaha Clavinova CLP/CSP lines to us in a straightforward way, not trying to embellish anything. He essentially allowed the pianos to "speak for itself" and was patient in answering our questions the entire time. And he was friendly, personable, and a true professional. We learned that Randy is the #1 Yamaha dealer in the country! My wife and I walked out of there confident in our decision to forego the Roland and picking the Yamaha CLP-885 from this store. We got our piano not only delivered, but also assembled, and moved into our living room by Randy's delivery partners within a few days. Do not hesitate to visit Las Vegas Pianos and ask for Randy before deciding on where and when to buy your next piano. You will not regret it.

First, they honored my Roland digital entry level keyboard, form another music store, at full value. I was able to trade that in for a Yamaha 725. Then, for my 3rd piano, i was able to upgrade that to a Yamaha 745. The difference is it had wood instead of synthetic wood, along with the keyboards had ivory like, feel. Finally, I was able to purchase a Yamaha U1 Acoustic piano, with some time and patience and this is my 4th piano but 3rd from Randy. #1 he is quite knowledgeable about pianos and has worked with for example BYU's music department. He knows the in's and outs of piano's so again I do not get why people like Ed or Stephanie wer leaving bad reviews, maybe they were having a bad day. I would not go back three times if Randy was a bad business person. I find him to be honest and up front. To make things right because it did take a bit longer than expected for the piano to arrive, Randy hooked up a lovely matching white piano bench, that is of very good quality. If you have any problems or issues, do not hesitate to call, he will solve it. I also like the fact that you get a free tune and they even tune it before they move it to your house. I recommend waiting for 6 months in between tunes. Side note, if you can't tune a piano like me, I recommend having Randy bring a tuner to your house. On my Yamaha 745 digital piano the mother board got fried. However because it was under warranty and Randy stands by his products, the tech swapped out a new one for me. Also for digital pianos, they give you two years to match you with 100%. However if it is acoustic then it is for life.
