Overall, I got to see a lot of vape devices and lighters that are actually new and not old stock as where other places you go and you buy a torch or lighter and it stops working just as you have guests over for cigars. I don't even know what to say about this place. Save yourself your money and the headache. don't come here !!! Easily the trashiest smoke shop I've ever came across. After paying $30 with tax and a card fee.. for a juul device that is $10 online (but I was in need so whatever) I came home to find out my device isn't working I called the smoke shop to let him know the situation and the worker right away told me "I'm warning you my boss doesn't do any refunds or exchanges" Um.. huh.. First of all I just wanted an exchange for something that was bought from the shop less than an hour ago not even a refund Second of all what smoke shop doesn't replace devices for customers that they just purchased. I was turned down and was not helped out in any sort of way. The owner literally hung up the phone on his employee as he was speaking to him about the matter since I went into the shop again. I'm mind blown on how inconsiderate and unreasonable this all sounds. Again just save yourself all of the headache and avoid this place at all cost. Seriously. Came in - purchased a product $33 - walked outside tried it - didn't work - came back inside to replace it and they refused. Took no more than 5 minutes - Totally unprofessional - sold me a bad product - asked for owners phone number, the sales person refused - I asked to leave my phone number so the owner (Ashot) can call, the guy at the register refused.
