One required a very special lift to get up to the top of the dead ash tree that had multiple power lines around it. The crew was professional. They estimated that it the job would finish in one day but it was impacted by another customer who had a tree fall on their house. They came out the next morning and removed the stump. After they left some things need to be pointed out. 1. Ensure you specify what must not be damaged before they start. 2. While they were prompt they were not as organized as I had expected. Small things like they forget to bring cans of diesel to fill the equipment. The rake to sweep the street. 3. My neighbors mail box post was badly damaged, I repaired it. The could have trimmed more of the section that they dropped to prevent it from hitting the mailbox post. 4. I am not sure of the long term issue but normally some mulch is left on top of ground up stumps to allow for settling. This did not happen on either tree. Finally the bottom line, I would recommend them to anyone need tree work done and I will likely have them come out and top my maple this fall or next spring. Bryan in Beavercreek

It is 12:45 and he and his partner have taken care of every stump we flagged plus many more!! He was prepared to take the whole day but made short work of it! happy with their work and his attitude. He is reasonably priced and prefers to work while the ground is frozen. You won't be sorry if you hire him. All the debris is piled on top of the hole to be left to fill it in. BEWARE OF COLLATERIAL DAMAGE! I met Cory Robinson earlier this month to discuss some tree work…read more We walked out property and quickly came up with a plan. Several days later he arrived with his crew and got busy with the issues we discussed. Our rear yard is not accessible with equipment so it was a hands on project. So far, so good. The problem began when they decided it was necessary to use a truck and rope to help pull a large tree trunk down so it could be sawn into smaller pieces. To be fair, the work we agreed on was completed as expected and done in an afternoon. Here's where I have a problem. When they used the truck to pull on the trunk, they did so from our NEIGHBORS front yard without my knowledge and without permission from anybody. The result was large, deep ruts and obvious tire tracks on the lawn. I pointed out the damage and he promised to repair the damage to its ORIGINAL condition: level surface, seeded and straw. What we got was a few little bags of topsoil which didn't put a dent in the damage. After several texts to him, he kept promising me he would have it completed "the next day " which obviously never came. SO, now I'M stuck with the repair and cost to make the neighbors whole again. (Through no fault of my own) Cory and his crew are nice guys and I might use them again but just beware to check carefully before he leaves. Guess I better get busy.....

Recent weather put a large limb of an overly tall locust tree in our yard on the roof of the…read moregarage. Other limbs were dangerous for the next door business. So we called C&S again. Corey, Caleb and Greg showed up and turned to on removing the locust and another maple next to it. Took 'em about six hours all told. They got the trees down to trunk stumps very quickly without much effect on the business next door. Very respectful and courteous crew, as they always have been when C&S has done work for us (many trees over the years.) Cleaned up all the detritus, swept up the driveway and the business parking lot, left us some burning timber for the fireplace and a huge pile of ground up stump at our request. We have always been satisfied and amazed at the ability of the C&S crews to get thru the day with minimal interference in our lives and no damage to themselves or any adjacent property.
