Carl the installer who I spoke to on the phone the night before told me it would be $614.00. Carl told me if I did not pay him he was going to call the Sheriff on me. I went in the house waiting for the Sheriff. Then Carl knocked on the door and gave me his phone to speak to the Jim the manager. Jim said he would accept the $383.00 . After Carl left I noticed that the receipt said I had a balance of $234.52. Make sure you get the estimate and quote in writing. A very unethical business who preys on the seniors especially women.
