The tech who came out to install the handle/lock over drilled the holes. Brand new hurricane door with 2 holes above and below the handle. I was told they would come back yet again and replace this panel. But after the hours dealing with the install crew, we declined and did a suitable repair ourselves. Upon informing DGD, we did the repair to the over drilled door, I requested they DO SOMETHING to make this right. 2 weeks later, and NOTHING. DGD, how you do anything is how you do everything.
