Yummy bowl

Food was so good and the matcha was amazing! They had almond and oat milk options and so many breakfast options! I got the yummy bowl which was delicious, seasoned veggies with roasted potatoes and an egg. Service was amazing! They were so sweet and food came very promptly for making fresh!

Incredible service with a really kind, quick and attentive staff. This small hole in the wall diner spot is serving up big flavors! The chai latte was some of the most decadent, well blended and perfectly spiced chai I've ever had- really perked up my morning! The fluffy Nutella bigger breakfast French toast was so light and airy, each bite really pillowy. The eggs with onion and pepper and cheddar were perfectly cooked. The potatoes were so well seasoned, flavorful and crispy! I didn't expect to be so delighted by breakfast at Dulce aroma, the service was top notch and food really filling and tasty.

El mejor desayuno en Puerto Rico. Gracias la comida y los cafés fríos están muy deliciosos! Súper recomendado!

Coffee with cinnamon and caramel!

This place is amazing! The owner is so kind and made us so feel welcome even though we are clearly tourists. He gave us places to go and eat as well as places to visit and truly was so sweet, the food is beyond amazing and you can't beat the prices!! We will be back for sure this week. The restaurant itself is so cute and quaint! Thank you!

We were in the area and found Dulce Aroma with a simple Google search. The reviews were great and convinced us to check them out. We are so glad we found this place! The owner Ian was a fantastic host and server. The food was amazing and very affordable. We went with our family and he recommended some local beach spots for our toddlers to enjoy which we appreciated. The ambiance is nice and welcoming. I highly recommend the Torti Omelette. The bread had a delicious buttery crust to it. This is a must try breakfast/lunch spot if you're in the area!

The BIG Breakfast with their amazing potatoes!!

The picture sold me but wasn't sure what to expect when we drove up...limited parking and seats but it was busy! My husband and I had cappuccino and split their big breakfast and it was BIG! It was perfect for us to share but we did fight over the last bite of French toast. The cappuccino was really strong for my taste. Friendly staff!

Bigger breakfast (omelet, Nutella French toast) and delicious (potatoes, omelet toast)

A smaller place but service is fast. Both Spanish and English. The menu doesn't explain much but the server told us all of them before having to ask. Coffee was good and food was so tasty. Very large servings. Loved it.

We were here staying at the El Conquistador and looking for breakfast that was not over priced, left the resort and came here. The reviews were spot on and did not disappoint! As soon as we entered the owner (I assume) was extremely friendly and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We plan to come once more before leaving PR.

Bigger Breakfast (French toast, 3 eggs, turkey), Delicious Breakfast (3 eggs scrambled with ham, fried potatoes, toast).

Everything we ordered here was delicious! French toast with Nutella, eggs w/ ham, fried potatoes and toast, pasta, and coffee. My over easy eggs, cooked to perfection. Joseph, our waiter, was excellent - so friendly, funny, and helpful. Air conditioned inside, clean bathrooms, quick service.

Guys for some reason Yelp directions got me lost. I called the place and one of the workers gave me great directions and literally went outside to wave me down. The food was amazing, but the service is what will make me come back 10/10 times

Bacon, Egg, & Cheese in a spinach tortilla wrap.

Excellent food & service , and we arrived 30minutes before closing. Chose outside seating w/ family of five and everything arrived hot. Bacon egg and cheese in a spinach tortilla wrap was delicious. Yummy bowl with bacon and Everything Omelette with ham were served in large portions and delicious. Recommend a pass on the Chicken Alfredo pasta- thin sauce with little flavor.

Horrible - cubano / tripleta - they threw cabbage and tomatoes on it, the other half was basically empty

Summary: They talked crap behind my back, in Spanish, since I questioned the order and because I asked for mustard on the side lol. Positive they messed with my cubano order, since half the sandwich had barely anything on it. I was polite the whole time, and I heard them laughing and talking crap while I ate with my back was turned towards them. For tourists looking to eat here: do not bother. For the workers: be cognizant of who you think can or cannot speak Spanish. Details: I came here with my wife because we wanted coffee, and we had just picked up our rental car. We came here because of the good reviews, and we both needed a caffeine boost. We got there, and requested a latte with an extra shot of espresso. Ambiance was nice, a bit tight inside, but a bigger outside with shade. When we both ordered sandwiches, I asked what the "Tripleta / Cubano" was, because I've never heard of the Tripleta. I've had dozens of cubanos, one of my favorite sandwiches, and was just curious what the difference was. The waitress said it's pork ham, pickles, and Swiss cheese, and I asked to add mustard. No biggie. The sandwich comes out with cabbage and tomatoes (literally look at the pic lol), no pickles, no ham, and bbq guava sauce on the side. So color me confused, because there's another menu item that is a pork sandwich that comes with bbq sauce, so I'm wondering if they messed up my order. No big deal, I asked the waiter if this is a cubano, and he shrugs and says "I don't know, it kind of looks like one". I don't know what to think, and I'm starving and don't care because I love pork anyways. Fast fwd a couple minutes and they're openly talking crap behind my back in Spanish, because I questioned the order and asked for more mustard on the side. They go on saying Americans are picky and never give anything a shot. Nothing more to say. I would avoid coming here if you're a tourist, because they'll just throw something in front of you, and if you question it, they'll talk crap in front of you in Spanish.

Coffee was on point, the food was good also.

What's nice about this place is that they offer a variety of the fried foods Puerto Rico is known for- alcapurrias (fried fritters) and pastelillos (empanadas). I ordered the pastelillos de jueye (crab), garrucho (conch- HIGHLY recommended!!), pulpo (octopus), and Pollo (chicken). The 2 favorites of mine were the conch and octopus because the chunks of meat were so ginormous! They were also flavorful and fresh! You can tell they weren't stored for a while on some shelf. They tasted like they were caught that morning. One caveat about this place is that if they run out of food, they will tell you it's about a 5-10 minute wait to make more. Not the case. It took them upwards of about 30 minutes to make it and they did not seem like they were in a rush to make it. That is a big put off. That's why this is only a 4 star review and not a 5 star. They'd make more business if they were faster.
