The price, I'm told, is based on how dirty things are, to be judged once they are there. I get messaged on Sunday they would not be making it and we reschedule for 10am on Monday. Monday 10am comes around and it's a no-show with no communication. Then I get messaged at 11am that they will arrive at 11:30. When she arrives an hour and a half late - just one person to do all the cleaning - the price jumps to $180 and there is now a $15 per pet surcharge that was never mentioned or asked in the prior conversation. I ask how, if $150 was the upper end for super dirty (which our house is no where close to being), we're at the max end of the scale already. She says that it may just look clean, but it could be really dirty. At this point I politely decline the service at $180 and she politely leaves. My suggestions for a better future customer experience would be: 1) Be upfront with additional fees. If you are going to have surcharges for common things like pet ownership, ask or mention that when giving an estimate. 2) Don't give a wide price range and then put the customer on the spot to pay you even more than the maximum you quoted. 3) Rescheduling on the day-of is frustrating but understandable since there are unforeseeable circumstances. Rescheduling to a new time you yourself proposed, no-showing, and then messaging a new time an hour after you no-showed is unprofessional.

The house looked like a bunch of 8-year-olds cleaned it with streaks on the cabinets, food left on the stove and items on their check list that were not cleaned. When I complained to management, their solution was to send the crew back to do a crappy job again. I ended up paying them a lot of money to have to take a day off of work and clean the home myself just to get the house listed. It was a huge waste of time and money hiring maid brigade.

He also moved my dishwasher out and cut a piece of the floor under it to inspect for mold but found none. On my unfinished basement ceiling, he wiped the parts that had been wet with a solution and inspected the ceiling for mold. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was professional, friendly and honest and I would call his company first if I ever had a problem with water cleanup or mold clean up. They are very reasonably priced too.

Original: The two people who came to my house today were so so so polite and respectful. I was really grateful for that. This was my first time using a cleaning company and I was nervous. My home wasn't particularly gross (at least not in my opinion) but I was just anxious about it and really wanted a thorough deep cleaning of all the nooks and crannies in my house. They worked hard for 3 solid hours, although I was expecting 3.5 because that's what I was told I was paying for. I got the "deep cleaning" package and was expecting a thorough scrub of my baseboards, windows, blinds, trim, dusting, mopping, etc. They tried to tackle most of those things but I felt that the online description of the deep cleaning package was misleading. Online it said the oven would be cleaned, the blinds, the windows. I don't think the blinds and windows were done, at least it didn't seem like it. Oven was definitely not cleaned. I had to ask for some of the baseboards to be done as well. The dusting wasn't great. I ran my fingers over multiple surfaces in my home after they left and they hadn't been cleaned. Like I said, they worked hard for 3 hours, so it's not like they didn't get to those things on purpose. Maybe my expectations weren't reasonable. I might need to go with the design with time package in the future to really get exactly what I want done. I will say that the convenience of scheduling and communication from the business was spot on. The owner himself did a virtual walk through of my home and communicated with me from the moment I booked. I'd recommend them as a recurring cleaning service if you just need a touch up now and again or maybe you're injured/just had a baby/etc. and need help with the usual. As for deep cleaning, maybe go with the design with time package and pin point certain things that you are really picky about.
