Seeing these negative reviews did not put me at ease about coming here, but overall it was not a bad job. I had just got out of a gas station one (future note, avoid these unless they are in a Sheetz) and it was so aggressive it nearly ripped off my front license plate. It also left some marks on my car that I am fairly certain are permanent, but not worth getting into a twist over. So I brought it over here in hopes they would be more gentle and do a better job. Overall, they did. The price is a bit high, but car washes are expensive today because of all the energy that goes into one. But it did do a good job in removing some of the stains the other one left behind and it was much more gentle than the one I previously used. I've yet to find a car wash in Loudoun county that I can tolerate. Upon arrival, I was a little confused with where to go and what to do. The set up of the car wash looks like they have both full service and self service vacuuming. I asked the attendant and he said "no, we do everything for you." Sigh. Unfortunately, my expectations weren't high based on my other experiences in the area, but I decided to try it anyways because it was a fairly warm day and very few customers. There was one car there but no one waiting, so I assumed this was a custom job or the car belonged to an employee. I paid for the works and the end result was simply meh!!! The exterior wasn't wiped down good, and the interior wasn't vacuumed or wiped down good either. After purchasing a fairly expensive car wash package, I pulled over and used my own towels to complete the exterior job properly and add tire shine. Is it that hard to find a good car wash in Loudoun county or better yet a nice auto wash with self service vacuuming/interior???? Beware! Worst car wash ever. My satellite antenna shark fin was ripped off during car wash and can't just snap it back because it was broken. The manager didn't even apologize instead accused me and saying "oh you came with broken piece and just put it on before you go to my car wash, this shark fin looks cheap stuff". I went to my car dealership and only way they can fix is to change whole sattellite thing as the shark fin doesn't come itself and it costs me almost a thousand dollar!!! read more

Not even worth rating them a single star. I had an unlimited wash plan with them for two of my cars. Avoid this place at all cost if you care for your vehicle you have come to the wrong place. Both my new cars were damaged. When asked about it the manger gave me a run around for 3 weeks. The manager refused to divulge the owner's name and number. The owner confirmed they do NOT clean rims & argued that in their packages they do NOT state they clean rims at all. It's a car wash, Sir!!!!! I just got a car wash - the works from this place. Someone slashed my tire. I ended up at up at Va auto and tire for a spare to be put on the car within 10 mins of leaving the place. I immediately reported it to manager and he said it's impossible they did it and there's nothing they can do. I am besides myself and in shock. Apart front tire the tire, the interior was terrible... they did a horrible job. I asked them to clean it over and over again and they were reluctant. I saw the horror when I got home. So windows work fine when arrived, upon leaving I lowered my mirror to push my window out which they missed lowered window down and low and behold now I can roll it back up because they broke the clip to the button. These people are becoming greedy and racist, we have been sending our sedans,limousines to this place since they opened up, never really liked their wash when you compare with the Flagship car washes but still continue going there because it's just closer to our business areas,I went their on Saturday but I was told that on weekends they don't do full services on limos and Wash Flyer vehicles. When new management came in this place got a lot worse. I have a new car and when they wrote the number on the side window it didn't get removed. When it finally was removed that removal scratched the entire window. Then, when cleaning the interior dashboard they scratched the windshield with something right at the driversidw eyeline, so anytime I'm driving it's right in my face. My once favorite car wash is under new ownership as of 2/1/2019. New owners have done away with the VIP discount of $3 - $4/wash for regulars. Not a good way to retain loyal customers. For the longest time I couldn't figure out exactly where this place was but my husband decided to come here as the usual place we go to had gotten busy. There really wasn't a wait when we arrived but I'll be honest with you before I go into more detail, I'm not a big fan of car washes where you stay in the car while your car moves through. You drive up and tell them the type of service and pay, although that process was slow even with cash in hand. Then you drive over to the bay where you stay in your vehicle while it goes through the wash. Again it took several minutes before an attendant finally showed up. Once you come out through the wash you drive around and park where attendants dry your car and clean the inside. Its a bit more pricey and honestly I wasn't blown away although my husband thinks they did a better job than the usual place. read more

Wish Yelp had a negative number as this place earned one. Tried to get my car washed yesterday afternoon with no success. Drove up and the woman at the booth where you pay spoke virtually no English. She looked at my car and wagged her finger as if to say, "no, no". Granted my car was dirty. THAT is why I came to the carwash: to get my car cleaned. She summoned over someone who did speak English and he told me that my car was too dirty to be washed and that I should go home and pre-wash it before returning. Really? Really? Will not be returning! I visited in June to get "the works" and when I left my car door was off the hinge. The driver door was broken! Went back immediately and they claimed it could not have been them bc they use soft cloths. Well did the air do it because my car door wasn't broken until after the car wash! They claimed there was no incident report I could fill out! People were asking me if I had been in a car accident it sounded so bad! Visited the car wash yesterday after seeing the huge line at Sonic Soft Car wash in Falls Church (one of my faves.) I was going to get the Deluxe Full Service and was told that their equipment was down and all I can get was an exterior wash. Hmmm. Perhaps a rain check or a discount coupon would have been nice? So, my black car was quite dirty from the salts on the road so I took the option even though my carpet needed vacuuming and windows could have used cleaning, but ah well. So, the wash wasn't all that bad and they had many workers drying off the car because I guess they couldn't work on the interiors yesterday. Once I inspected the work on my car when I got home, I was somewhat disappointed at the drying job they did. My rear hatch was soapy and still had dirt on it, and this always drives me crazy but they don't dry off the side mirror where water tends to collect and when I start driving off, voila, my door is a soapy mess once again. Since I'm a bit of a nut, I carry my spray wax and quickly take care of the problem but since I paid for the service, it really shouldn't be my job to do this right? It's too bad too because I want to like this place, it's close-by and convenient when I go shopping nearby but if you are a business that depends on service, they need to step up and be more customer-centric. read more

Due to having made a lot of long distance drives in the past week or two, I have a crapload of insects smashed against the hood and windshield of my car. I figured Mother Nature washing my car wasn't getting the job done. This place is pretty pricey as far as car washes go. If you go with just one of the exterior washes, the cheapest one is about 9 bucks (although I think they have a summer special of 7 bucks) which is still expensive. If you have to get your car washed, go with one of the "full service" packages, the cheapest one being 20 bucks. The "full service" includes the exterior wash and vacuum work on the inside. The exterior wash doesn't do that great a job of getting your car clean, but when you do full service, the workers go through and hand wash your windows and tires, so they can pick up whatever the machines missed. They did a good job. Still, it's pretty expensive for what you get. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I bought the $26 deluxe wash. After the job was completed, when I opened the trunk a saw the entire edges around the trunk cover filled with dirt. Reference my other reviews for area car washes similar to Dulles 28, but I stand firm in my opinion that it's hard to find a non-DIY, non-handwash facility in Loudoun and FFX counties that's going to garner anything above a 3-star review. Fortunately, I didn't notice any of the scratches that other reviewers have mentioned, but we had to send our small car through THREE times to receive adequate water/soap/brush coverage to remove very standard amounts of dirt/dust on the rear hatch and bumper. Sounds like they need to adjust their sprayers to accommodate more than just huge SUVs. Also - the alignment rails in a car wash - why oh why? Especially if you (the customer) is already in the car as it is tugged through the tunnel! The reason for my displeasure with these rails is their tendency to scrape the insides of your wheels or, worse, the outside. Plus, if you are parking-challenged, depth-perception-challenged, or just clench up at the pressure of trusting the car wash guy to help "guide" your steering onto the rails, steer clear of Dulles 28 (no pun intended). Pricing is similar to Flagship, at about $12 for a basic exterior wash, no vacuum. You'll probably still have soap dripping from your mirrors and dirt on your rear bumper, but your wallet won't hurt too, too much. read more

My wife had a great place in Chantilly but this was closer to our new place so she tried it out a few times (always give someone the benefit of the doubt) ... HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! A huge waste of $26.... Pictures down below will explain everything. I have no idea what they cleaned my leather seats with. Those stains were not there before. When I went to go ask for a refund the manager said that it is not possible. I have worked in retail and private/family owned business to know that is a lie. He offered to re-do my car wash. Unfortunately, I no longer trust them with my brand-new car. The manager was extremely rude, he even said he is speaking English and for me to understand him. Have gone through this wash twice with the same vehicle. First time was okay, however the towel person at the end missed a large area near the trunk and my front license plate bent up slightly on the sides. I went back a second time and this time besides the towel person at the end missing several spots (dripping side mirrors, soap still left on vehicle, etc.) my front license plate bent up on both ends really bad, plus a nice 6 inch scratch on the right side door. I saw all this immediately afterwards when I parked in a neighboring business' lot and wiped down all these areas. Don't recommend. read more

Went through this car wash because my car had been shipped across the country and was pretty dirty and it was close by. I don't have any major complaints and there were no waits, although I was there in the middle of a work day. I wasn't expecting a miracle and have gone through automated car washes a lot. I went for the more expensive package, everything but the interior clean. The back end was still dirty and streaky and the tires were about half clean. No major complaints, but I will definitely try out other car washes in the area instead of going back to this one. read more

Between this place and Three Cees on 7, this is probably my favorite place to get a car wash. They're fast, they do a decent enough job for the money, and never seem to be busy, even on weekends. It's a pretty new place, so the equipment is clean too. For $20 they go completely over the car, and it's like new. read more

Car wash damaged my car and manager was very argumentative and blamed it on me. Attendant directed me into the car wash, as most attendants do, and my wheels got damaged. Car was in neutral and the attendant came and checked to make sure that it was and despite the car not being able to move forward the attendant kept trying to push my car forward. Requested to move my car into reverse since it was clear my car was not situated correctly and finally was able to get backed out of the car wash. Inspected my car and the wheels were damaged. Requested to speak to a manager but no manager was on site so had to sit and wait nearly half an hour while a manager was called to arrive. Once the manager arrived he was argumentative and blamed me for the damage to my wheels.My car never even made it through the car wash. He refused to provide any sort of business card or give any name at all. Looked up the business and the Better Business Bureau has given to an F. Looked up on yelp and many, many, complaints about the business. Very stressful and upsetting experience. After reading all the bad reviews I was nervous. However, my experience was nothing far from stellar. Everyone friendly, the Odyssey was spotless and carpet vacuumed to perfection. Best $19 bucks spent. One comment to describe my experience could be fact that I was literally the only customer at 8am when they open. So I had 3 attendants working on the van. Not sure how the experience would be on a sunny busy summer afternoon. Hopefully similar though. Cheers read more
