The person who was working here tonight was super friendly and helpful! 2. The place is very clean and smells so good. 3. You can get a laundry card and load it with cash or use your debit/credit card. 4. Washers and Dryers are great quality. 5. You can use your laundry card at the vending machine. I'd definitely recommend coming here. The neighborhood over here isn't the greatest but people just come here to wash clothes and leave.

There are tvs around the place for entertainment which is nice to pass the time and they are constantly running specials for discounts.

Terrible business. I came in for the wash and fold service and the lady working was nice in the…read morebeginning and she told me that it would cost me $21 for my clothes. I gave her the $21 and she said let her give me a receipt. She went into the office and immediately started helping someone that was "a family friend of the owner" and he gave her a $50, and she gave him back the same exact $20 bill that I gave her. She then said to me that I didn't pay her and wouldn't check the cameras that are literally right in front of us. I swore on my child that I gave her the money. She insisted no I didn't. He's even went as far as locking the door because I'm assuming she thought I was going to hurt her, when I never was irate to begin with. I ended up calling the police because she wouldn't give me any numbers for any managers or owners that I could talk to nor give me my money back. She then counted the money in her drawer and realized I gave her the money and tried to hand me a receipt. I told her I didn't want it, I want my money back and I'll never come back here again because she thought I would steal a $20 service instead of dealing with one customer at a time.

I always put extra money on my card so I often end up with an extra $15-$40 after I've finished. (Washer loads are $6-$10 so this isn't crazy). Today I walked in after 3 weeks and found they've made some updates inside! First thought is great, I've definitely had some issues swiping my card before. I load the machines I want and go to see what I need to do to get the money off my card and on to a new one. I'm basically told to kick rocks because there's nothing they can do and the money is already theirs. No solutions provided and not even apologetic about it. So just be aware because it seems like only wash and fold matters here.
