Front clerk told me they would text or call before they put my clothes on the floor after they valued them, so I could agree or change my mind. I filled out a piece of paper and was told this paper would allow them to contact me to do that. They took 20 items for $10. I wanted to get my items back and take them elsewhere. When I got there and told them I'd like them back, they told me they were already on the floor and it was not possible to get them back. They said I should have signed up for a call ahead. Which I was under the impression I did given the paperwork I filled out. So, I lost 20 items for $10 and they had no remorse or apology for the miscommunication. I have no interest in doing anymore business with them. Please beware of taking things there to sell. You are not their priority. They will take your things, give you chump change for them and send you on your way. read more

I used to shop here all the time and buy "designer" items. So I thought. I live in Florida and went to a Hermes store yesterday, they told me MY BRACELET I BOUGHT SECOND HAND FROM BEAU MONDE WAS FAKE! So later I took all the items to see if it was authentic and Every. Single. Item. is fake. The authenticator said to me specifically "these are Chinese website bought bags" and I am beyond furious right now. I cannot believe this. Do not buy designer from here. I'm guessing they buy these bags and designer clothes off counterfeit websites and screw over the ladies in Idaho because they don't have access to designer stores. I dropped off a Michael Kors purse here to the staff member and she told me the owner wasn't in, but would be in touch to tell me the price she would be listing it at so I could decide whether to keep it or sell it. I was never contacted, despite SEVERAL attempts to drop in and call. The staff members always said they had no idea where the bag one and to contact the owner. So, essentially, she stole my bag and never paid for it.
