The consultation was great and I never felt like they were selling me something I didn't need. The injector was so sweet and skilled as well. I had an event the same night, and I had no bruising, and I had two people alone tell me that they couldn't believe I was my age. Trust me, that does not usually happen. Then I was forced to pay because they already had my card on file and "could not discount it." That has to be illegal; it is stealing from me because I did not agree that price. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. My issue is the way it is run. It is difficult to get a straight answer on pricing. Before booking my appointment, I asked how much the cut would cost. I was told the stylist is a "level 4" and asked again how much it would cost. They then said "starts at $60." Okay, so I asked again what would it cost just for the cut. They said "$60." I'm fine with that! But after the cut, the charged me $63. I asked why, the said "it's a surcharge" with no explanation of what it's for. I don't know, it is just like pulling teeth to get a real answer on pricing. If they had been honest upfront, I would have been fine with the cost, there's no need to be dishonest about the cost. If you want to charge the fees, just be honest about it when people ask... I also take issue with them trying to add a card to my account so they can charge me for a cancellation. I don't think I've ever cancelled last minute over the 10+ years I have been coming here. It would just be nice if the business was run in a way where pricing is honest and upfront and where they're not looking to gauge you for the service if you ever need to cancel. The salon actually cancelled on me last minute today because the stylist I was originally booked with had a family emergency and I totally understand, these things happen!
