After apologizing for their mistake, they confirmed my next appointment, no mention of any issues. Minutes later a call back to say none of my treatment will be covered so I immediately canceled my appointment and asked to speak to an officer manager: strike 2. When I do get a call back, she is rude, talks more than she listens, was unapologetic and put the blame directly on me despite previously being told this would be covered, strike 3, I am OUT. Questionable business practice and disrespectful management make this place a no go for me, do better Bergen Dental.

I needed to have a lot of work done, (& I am terrified of dentists) & they are great as both dentists & people. Their office is white & spotless. Their front desk people are dolls. I saw a negative review (two) and it looks like one person with a vendetta: no other reviews and both had the same misspelled word and specific phrases yet were 5 years apart, so take them with a grain of salt.
