My father had an original calligraphy scroll painted by his third cousin's wife in Taiwan. It was really dusty, each character painted in one stroke on parchment paper on top of silk. Amber is the manager who recently transferred from the Anderson Mill location. She had someone dust the scroll, cut off the wooden ends, mount the scroll on foam core, and center the silk in a black wooden frame. It looks really good on my wall against Farmhouse white paint. I paid $300. They required 50% before and after completion.

I only had a very vague idea of what I wanted but she quickly zeroed in on a beautiful rainbow color gradient design which she sketched out and sent to me for approval. Her use of different colored and different textured glass gave the plate a truly unique look. It is so beautiful I'm not sure I can bring myself to put any food on it! I went through a very expensive model home (where decorating is the best of the best), and came across the most beautiful paintings I had seen in a long time. They were two large paintings of Austin, Texas scenery. I did a little bit of research, and found out about Kiah, the girl that painted them! I sent her an email asking if she could paint me those exact paintings, and honestly expected the price to be WAY out of my range. She emailed back very quickly, quoted me a fantastic price, and told me they would be ready in only two weeks! These paintings are about 6-7 feet tall, and are filled with amazing detail and extraordinary color. I could not be happier with her work. We hung these painting in our main living area (a 25-foot wall), and they completely transformed the look of our entire room. If I could attach a picture, I would!
