My experience with Dump-It Junk Removal was very positive. Recently, I came to a point where I had to face the clutter, and all the accumulated stuff that has been a burden in my home. I got a good impression based on the Dump-It Junk Removal website (found with a google search), and I'm so glad I used this company. I booked an appointment for a 8-10 am time slot, and received a courtesy call (as advertised) to give me a 15-30 minute notice of arrival. Corey and Tren arrived on time and were very polite, they made an effort to introduce themselves and even shook my hand. I was immediately put at ease, and did not feel judged about the state of my house at all. Corey was very professional as he noted each item to haul away, and was direct about his estimate. I had items large and small inside and outside of my house and both Corey and Tren were more than happy to handle all of the lifting and moving. They were fast, but didn't make me feel rushed and I felt so relieved to have people I trusted helping with a project that might otherwise have felt embarrassing or awkward. Dump-It Junk Removal is the way to go from start to finish! I called and spoke with Wendy and she was able to get me a quote and a pickup time just from a few pictures I was able to send her, even though I was out of their service area. Mind you, I had quite a bit of stuff to be picked up! The quote was very fair and I was very happy with getting everything scheduled. On delivery day, I received a call from Seth and Kendall about 35 minutes before they were to arrive and even BEFORE my scheduled 2 hour arrival window, that they were on their way for the pickup! Both Seth and Kendall were very professional, considerate and careful with my property to make sure that the removal was efficient and safe! They worked fast and very well together and I even enjoyed some nice banter with them both! They are rockstars and I cannot say enough nice things about them! After everything is said and done, this removal was not only easy, quick and efficient, it also helped relieve a lot of stress from my life and it was made all the better by their high level of service and the amazing people they employ! The BEST employees and great prices too! Corey and KC helped us yesterday afternoon, they were originally scheduled to come between 2-4pm. They showed up early and helped us fill up an entire truck before 2pm! My husband and I couldn't have been happier. These guys were amazing; super friendly, hard working, careful (didn't even scratch one wall and there were some large and HEAVY pieces of furniture being moved out down a u-shaped staircase), fast! I wish I could hire them for all my labor intensive projects! Price for an entire truck was only $475 plus $25 for an air conditioner plus tax. We had to call for a second truck to pickup two more large items; a TV wall unit and a Nordic track elliptical. The second group of guys were equally as impressive. I cannot believe they got these things down the stairs with not a scratch on the wall. You have some great employees! This time 3/8 golf the truck was used, price was $249 (including tax). Tipping was optional, each guy got $25. I didn't feel obligated or pressured to tip, I wanted to bc of how great they were! I'm so happy to find such an amazing company. Wow - so impressed with this company! I had to go to a conference so I left a note for my husband that Dump It Junk Removal would be coming sometime between 10 and noon today and that they were going to give him an idea of cost when they arrived as it's not easy quoting over the phone when they can't see what it is they will be picking up. When I got home from the conference, I was half expecting that huge old non-working refrigerator and broken lawnmower to be sitting there in the carport where it has been for a week now, but they were gone and my husband was VERY HAPPY! He said the two nicest young men arrived right at 10 on the dot; not the expected 12 or later which is what usually happens when companies give you a window. The young men were dressed very nicely; were extremely polite and they had that old fridge in their truck along with the lawn mower in less than 5 minutes; they quoted an extremely fair price and they were on the way! He was VERY pleased and wanted to be sure we wrote a great review because he said they couldn't have possibly done any better job. We will definitely use them again in the future. I live in a 4 bedroom house with roommates and after years of stashing our stuff in the garage, we now had a massive load of garbage and furniture that was too much for my little scion to haul. So I searched Google, compared prices, read the yelp reviews and booked online with Dump It. You really never know what to expect when trusting others opinions but man was I pleasantly surprised. I received a call 30 mins before my appointment window and the guys that showed up quickly looked over my items and told me the volume my stuff would take up. I agreed on the price and they were done in 37 mins to be exact. I loved the service as they actually carried down a loveseat I had in my room and they even swept up the garage floor. If I had to do it all over again I would have bagged up the items ahead of time to make it easier for the crew but they willingly did it all for me. At the end I did offer Zach and Cameron a tip as they did a great job. Overall, I am happy with the service and the price. These guys were awesome! Corey & Sean we're our guys this afternoon and they were seriously amazing. We got a call about 15-20 mins out they arrived and even waited for my gf to get home to double check what could go or not. The basement was full of couches and just junk and these guys cleaned it out and just kept taking stuff until they couldn't get anymore in. I left and went to an appointment, came back 30 mins later thinking they'd still be working on it but no THEY DID IT ALL! Something that would have taken us all day, sever trips to the dump and rental truck was done in 30 mins all while my gf's son who has autism was in the room next door. We asked them to try to keep the noise down so as to not disturb him (he's sensitive to noise) and they happily did everything as quiet as possible. These guys went from heroes to zeros with a quickness. They were great a couple years ago. Back Then: showed up on time; friendly and professional behavior; competitive prices. Now: unprofessional and ridiculous as evidenced by cancelling our appointment at the last minute because they overloaded the truck at a previous location/job (repeat after me: lack of planning on your part should not cause a problem for me); canceling rescheduled appointment (see above and below) at the last minute for lame, flaky reason(s). To be clear, I wrote this company off as soon as they cancelled the first time. My husband is more forgiving vs. more codependent (depending on point of view) than I. I wanted them nowhere near my home after they did us dirt the first time. Now, even my husband agrees they suck. I wish I could have back all the cash tips, recommendations, referrals etc. I gave these clowns. What a bunch of dummies. read more

I put an ad on Craigslist to take my 15-year-old sofa for FREE, and the first caller I received complained that my photography was bad; the second caller lived 50 miles away, but said he would come and take the sofa even though he only had a Toyota pick-up (it was raining), and only he would move the 7-foot sofa. Since I was in no position to help someone move the sofa ( I had 2 broken toes), I didn't want him to retrieve my sofa. I cancelled the ad and made an appointment online with Dump It, which was easy and I was able to schedule next day pick-up. My only caveat was that it was $25 more than the website quoted, but I did have a large sofa, and it was still cheaper than other junk removal services. The guys called me 30 minutes before arriving, and they were courteous and prompt. It was worth the money to not have to deal with people who want free stuff, but are unwilling to pick it up, and are rude. read more

This place was great! I've never used a junk removal co. before and wasn't sure what to expect. I was impressed with how easy it was to schedule and how quick they were able to come. I did shop around for pricing and these guys are the lowest as they state on their web site. On the date of my appointment the crew called when they were en route, as promised! When Zack and Lance arrived they were more than professional and they were very pleasant to be around. I was mortified for anyone to see my house in such disarray! Im a complete neat freak and in the process of moving so my house looks like an episode of hoarders. I kept telling them how embarrassed I was about the mess and both Lance and Zack put me at ease ensuring me they've seen it all. I was despairing of finding a decent removal company that served Snohomish County and then I found Dump-It Junk Removal. Thank goodness! They were energetic, courteous, and intelligent from my first contact with them to the last goodbye. The guys who came were clean and well spoken. They did everything just as they said they would. They kept to the scheduled time, and phoned me shortly before arrival just as promised. They took away an old bookcase and armchair as easy as 1, 2, 3! And the guys reduced the price because my stuff was smaller than expected. What a relief to find a removal company of such good integrity! Booked the crew off the website. Could have had an appointment as soon as the next day, if I had wanted, but put it off for a few days so could make sure nothing else was lurking about to put in the pile. They called with a heads up 30 minutes before coming, and actually showed up a bit before the arranged time, which was nice. Three guys loaded (full load of junk, brick, rock, old lumber, construction debris and scrap) the truck with stuff I've been accumulating for years and were done in about an hour. Very friendly and smiling throughout on a pretty hot (85 degree) day. Cost was as expected, $475 for full truck load (VERY full), $100 for the heavy brick, cinder block etc.) and $10 each for disposal of two old tires. Gino and Sean arrived when they said they would. They were professional and helpful for the whole visit. After I showed them all the stuff that needed to go--of all sorts and in various places around the house--they gave us an estimate. Once we gave the OK, they went to work and made VERY short work of what, to me, was a LOT of junk. Nothing phased them! In the end, they managed to make it all take up less space in the truck than they originally thought and they passed that savings along to us--meaning we paid WAY less than that original estimate. This whole experience was just so positive and I'm not used to seeing that anymore. The website makes it easy to schedule an appointment. Lance and Chris hauled off my junk last Sept. 12. At first I was concerned the junk piled, and furnitures will not all fit in the truck. Both were cheerful and said not to worry. Very careful in lifting 2 heavy oak bookcases (7 ft. tall each) so as not to scratch my wood floor. Very careful too in lifting sofa, bed, etc. from the living room. I was very satisfied for a job well done, I asked the company if both, Lance & Chris, can be booked again to haul off more of my junk, Sept. 19. More filing cabinets, garden equipments, desk, folding tables, etc. filled the whole truck again. This time, my tool shed was emptied and sweeped - clean and looked nice again. All of the guys worked their butts off every time they were on site and assisted me in getting an entire house, shed, and under deck area cleared for prepping to sell. I just moved to the area and had a great deal of stuff to throw out and donate. I called 'other competitors' but they wouldn't even quote. I scheduled thru the website which was super easy and I got a quote -- The day of: Corey and Manny called to give me the heads up they were on their way and were on time. They were very respectful of the house as they moved things out to the truck and I have never seen such organization of stuff in the back of their truck. We've had four different companies out to assess a hauling job, which was a gigantic yard waste and construction debris pile left by our house's previous owner. The first hauling company never showed up, the second company did half the job but wanted to charge hundreds in extra fees to complete it (and they tore up our yard!), the third company wanted to charge three times more than the previous one... but Dump-It was just right! They had same day service, the biggest truck of all, NO HIDDEN FEES, and were 2-3 times cheaper than the other companies. These guys were the best! I'm so sorry I can't remember their names. We had an emergency move out clean up after our parents died and the new owners of the house wanted to move up the closing by two weeks and we were not prepared for that! There was so much junk that we needed another truck. These two guys were hard working! They offered to dump the first load and come back for the second load which was a very heavy load - they took it all and we were all so very grateful. They need a bonus!!!
