Everything about these guys and this rental experience was great! First off, Violet, who is the main person you're dealing with, is not only incredibly nice, but also logical and reasonable (which isn't a given in this industry). We had to coordinate on a number of things and she and the whole team were just always really pragmatic. I hired the dumpster for insulation removal from the attic, but also had a bunch of other stuff I had to throw away (wood, a bit of concrete, etc.). They booked me up with a bigger container and talked me through what's ok to throw in, how to disburse it and when it might start to become a problem. Again, all just very reasonable and useful conversations. The dumpster itself was really new and the cool Dumposaurus logo made lots of people who walked by stop smile and take pictures. Unfortunately the pick below is the best I have. You can't see the logo well, but you can see it's a new dumpster that's not too much of an eye-sore to have around. Last but not least, pricing. From what I can tell they have among the best pricing for dumpsters in town. I only looked at two other providers and I think one was maybe $25 or 50 cheaper, but covered less tons (e.g. 2 tons vs the 4 tons I got from Dumposaurus) and less time (e.g. 1 week vs 10 days from them). I rented a 10 yard dumpster for our house as a "make ready to sell" effort. The size turned out to be just right as we filled it to the brim, after being in our house for 15 years. The company was great, comms were good, drop off and pickup were right on time, they even laid down driveway protection pads so the unit didn't scratch my driveway. Really good company that goes the extra mile. Have worked with them twice. They had the dumpsters there when I needed. The first time requested a 10 yard dumpster. There was a scheduling problem, so they gave me a 15 yard dumpster at no extra cost. They also didn't charge when I needed a couple of extra days. The second time their truck broke down and before they called me they had already reeached out to another company to supply the dumpster in their place. They transferred my payment directly to the other company so there was nothing I needed to do. They even sent cookies to apologize. We were long overdue for a major cleanup of our home/yard, including a massive old cedar climber in the back, and years of junk in the garage. After contacting several dumpster rental companies, Shawn was not only the quickest to get back to us, but also had the best price by a good margin. On the plus side, they have a website that lets you configure exactly what you want, and I'll admit the process threw me a bit because there are lots of options you can buy up on, which made me worry that there might be surprise charges in our future. Shawn seemed honest so we went ahead with it. Our experience went like this: 1. Contacted Shawn on a Monday night via link on his website 2. He called back first thing Tuesday morning. We asked if we could get the dumpster for Friday, since the 12 days we rented it for would give us two weekends to work over. 3. He said no problem, bin was delivered by his incredibly friendly father (who sent my daughter a cookie delivery later that day, since she was celebrating her birthday... very kind of him). 4. Bin was placed exactly as we requested, with no damage to the driveway. 5. The following Friday, we contacted Shawn asking if they could come by on Monday to pick up the bin, he said no problem. 6. The Dumposauraus guys ended up having to deal with something in Dallas on Monday, but immediately contacted us to ask if Tuesday would be ok. We were fine with that, and they came by first thing this morning (Tuesday) as promised. My wife once again commented on how incredibly friendly the driver was.
