I would not recommend using moxie but if you do choose to use them make sure to be present for the walk through after and take pictures before just in case anything gets broken. The broken light fixture was not noted on the virtual walk through afterwards and when I called to let them know my issue they implied that they had not broken the light (even though I had photos to prove that the fixture had not been broken before they showed up). They did offer a $40 refund for the broken light fixture however the fixture is at least twice the price. As for the left cobwebs the Moxie Maids had no real response to the issue and put the blame on me for not being there afterwards for an in person walk through. Moxie Maids were very flexible with my schedule, however the price is far to expensive for the service I received.

My experience with Squeaky Clean was the antithesis of what I would have expected from a Christian owned business. I am left wondering, is the owner and staff of this family-owned, self-described Christian business disorganized, careless or indifferent to his customers' cleaning needs? My story: My first call to Squeaky Clean was on 11/13/25. Successive calls were made on 11/18, 11/24, 12/5. Over this period, I leaned of Squeaky Clean's approach to handwashing windows, soft washing siding and bundling services for a discount. Jamey, the owner, asked me to send him pictures of the outside of my house, specifically the number of windows. I did. Then Jamey's stepfather Bill came on 12/18 to take pictures himself. I asked Bill when my work would be scheduled. Bill said Jamey would call me. Since December was the Christmas and New Year holiday season, I understood I may not be scheduled until the beginning of January. I received no call. Several times I tried calling the business number shown on the website and emailing the address provided. I finally received a call from Jamey; he said his cell phone is the best way to communicate. I was finally scheduled for March 18 and was told someone would arrive 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. No one showed. Around 12:30 p.m. I called Jamey to tell him no one had come yet; Jamey did not return my call. Later in the afternoon, Victor called. He said he would come to my house after he had done something with his tire(s). An hour later Victor still had not arrived. I called Jamey again and told him to tell Victor not to come as the time was late. I added, if Jamey was not able to contact Victor, I would tell Victor to leave when he arrived due to the late time. Again, no return call. Victor called again one hour after he called the first time and told me he would arrive in another hour. Late afternoon, approximately 5:30 p.m.! Victor was supposed to hand wash my windows, soft wash the siding, clean the desk (with a cleaning agent I was providing; my deck is TimberTech and cannot be pressure washed), clean the carpet and clean the tile and grout in one of the bathrooms. Victor said the work would not take long because my house is small. I told him the deck cannot be pressure washed. I think he had no idea of the care needed for a TimberTech deck although I had emailed Jamey the instructions from the TimberTech website. This time, I told Victor myself not to come. I've not heard from Jamey or anyone since this fiasco. Squeaky Clean deserves not even a 1 star rating. Too bad there are no negative stars.

The company respected that until December I walked out in my living room to see the same cleaner standing in my home and did not even say good morning to me. Now fast forward to January 5, they did it again. Brought the same employee to my home and when I told them that I would not be able to allow her to clean my home, but the other cleaner Alyssa is allowed to come in to clean, Alyssa told me it will just be her cleaning and she went to check in with the office manager Steve. Alyssa came back and said they will have to clean on another day because Steve said she can't do it on her own. They then proceeded to charge my card on-file and indicated that I refused access to the home which I have video recordings from my doorbell that I did not refuse access to Alyssa. They are the ones who refused to allow Alyssa to clean the home alone. 2. Very unprofessional services. They will be in the wrong and not apologize. They no showed on me back on Sept 29, and then gaslit me and said that my schedule got thrown off from vacations that I took several months prior. Up until that time, they were coming for the regular two weeks schedule, so I'm not sure how to schedule worked for several months and then suddenly did not work in Sept. They clearly messed up and had a scheduling error and instead of owning that as any professional Business would do they gaslight costimers. 3. The cleaning services was great in the beginning and then their attention to detail and level of cleaning drastically dropped. They would clean and my bathroom floors would be left completely dirty for several cleanings back to back. They were spraying and washing it down, rather than actually scrubbing it. See photos below. Several other areas of my home would be neglected from basic things like dusting the lights over my kitchen island, blinds, cleaning the backsplash behind my stove, cleaning the range hood, cleaning underneath the kickboards of the cabinet where several food crumbs would remain that my 19 month old daughter would constantly pick up. And there's so much more. 4. They scratched the outside of my new tub in my bathroom with their vacuum. 5. Please note that if you use this company, not only will you get unprofessional services, but they will have a nasty attitude that you are begging them to clean and they are doing you a favor. He said he would come after something to do with his tire! Called Jamie again. No answer, no return call. Victor called again, referring to his tire. Finally, Victor called yet again saying he would arrive in q hour. I asked how he could complete all I had asked for: pressure wash exterior, hand wash windows, clean my deck w/ special cleaner (must be done maually), clean carpet, clean grout around tiles in my bathroom. Although he would not arrive until late afternoon, he said he could clean everything except the grout. Totally impossible! I told him not to come. I placed a scathing review on Google. Jamie responded and requested my address. He didn't contact me after I provided my address. Seems not contacting me, lying about the scheduled date, no shows and lies from Victor, and Jamie ghosting me was intentional, unprofessional, unethical, and violates accepted moral principles and societal norms.
