Due to the size of our house we were provided with 4 cleaners who arrived exactly on time - I was so pleased that we were given 4 cleaners instead of the standard 2. But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. The areas underneath the beds and sofas were like deep, dark jungles of fur. After the cleaning service, it was so clean, I could see the reflection of my face coming off those floors. There was also this small, dusty Slytherin pin tumbling around my closet, someone even cleaned that. [PRICE] The price depends on the service(s) you're requesting (noting that a standard clean and a deep clean are different), the size of your house, and also the condition your house is in. With that being said, I was happy with the price I paid. I've tried Hux a few times and one other cleaning service in the Atlanta area, all of those charged less but the service and quality were not worth it. But I'm happy with the service and quality I received from Eco-Friendly for the price I paid, and I will gladly call them next time.

My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. One more note, the cleaning was almost a week ago and my house still smells great when I walk in. I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products.

Last month, my boyfriend hired Atlanta Eco Cleaners to clean one of his rental properties in Marietta to prepare it for new tenants. When he originally spoke to the owner, Amanda, they agreed to have the property cleaned on Thursday, December 17th, as he had tenants moving in on Sunday, December 20th. When they spoke, he was only told that a cleaning crew would come in that day. He gave her his credit card number, and Amanda said she'd call him with the exact time that they would be there. She never called and never emailed a receipt or a cancellation policy for her company. On the morning of December 17, my boyfriend's phone died. By 9:30am the phone was charged and he turned it on to see a text from Amanda asking for entry instructions into his property. He immediately called her back, explaining that he didn't know what time she was planning on coming to clean. He asked if she could reschedule for later that week. She said she was entirely booked that day, was going out of town that night and wouldn't be able to come back out. He asked her to call him if any times opened up and reiterated that he needed to have the property cleaned before the tenants moved in that weekend. He never heard back from her. The next night, he checked his bank account and realized he'd been charged the full amount for the cleaning: $229. He immediately texted Amanda and asked her why she took the money without performing any services. She responded by saying that the cancellation policy was listed on her website (note that you have to go under the a secondary page, at the very bottom to find it). Due to this happening right before the holidays, they didn't speak again for several weeks. When he finally got her on the phone, he asked again if she would reimburse the $229, and she told him that she would not reimburse the money. He then replied that he'd write negative reviews on her, because people needed to be warned about her unethical business practices. She responded saying she "had a very good attorney and would file a Slander lawsuit." Funny, if her "very good attorney " had taught her anything, she would know the difference between libel and slander and the situations under which each can be applied. This woman is a thief and I hope no one else has to go through an ordeal like this with her again.
