He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. We chose to install the flood resistant cement board for the walls and vinyl flooring, and giving us peace of mind. His team and job supervisor, Victor, went above and beyond for this job. They were always timely, professional, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. We are so happy with how our basement turned out! We also used them to have our couch professionally cleaned and for insulation work in our attic. We've already seen a big difference in how the heat is retained in our home.
