When we called Michelangelo's, an actual human answered the phone and told us they could have someone out between 2-4pm. We were so relieved. Mike came out on time and knew what the problem was immediately. He explained what he was going to do and he answered all of our questions and then proceeded to fix our issue. Even though we had to pay a little extra because it was a weekend, it was well worth it. We would use Michelangelo's again in a heartbeat.

All the reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. They are family oriented and very friendly. I had them come and give an estimate on a pipe damage that a utility company had done working on back yard and they did a thorough estimate. I also had them come back to replace 2 of my outdoor faucets that were leaking and they were thorough in fixing these at a reasonable cost compared to all the other plumbers who have come by to give estimates. I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!

Just a lead farm for independent plumbers. I called this morning requesting a service call for a…read morewater softener. I explained the problem in detail. They said they would call back when they had checked their schedule for availability. I got a call back from a different number, seemed like might not have been the same person, but since I had only called one plumber, I figured it had to be the same guy. We spoke and agreed on a 5PM service call to work on my water softener. I took photos of the unit and sent a detailed text, to which he confirmed. They said someone would be here at 5PM. 5:15 PM no one is here, no ones has called, so I call them back, they said they would call the technician and call me right back. At 5:35PM, still no call back. I call again "the technician is wrapping up another job, he'll be right there" 5:45PM the technician calls me and says..."so what are we doing today, installing a water filter?" I said no, you're repairing a water softener...I sent pictures and a detailed explanation to your boss. "oh, well we don't really do that, there must have been a miscommunication" So I call the number of the guy I have been texting with...and he sends me to voicemail. I text him letting him know what happened and asking for an update. He responds "I'll call you in 1 minute" well, that was almost 30 minutes ago. I would avoid these guys like the plague.

The gas company knocked on my door at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night; letting me know I had a major gas leak and that they were shutting my gas off until it could be fixed. I immediately messaged 10-15 companies on Yelp and John was the first to get back to me, and with a reasonable estimate. (Other companies quoted an extra charge because of the "urgent" nature of the issue, John did not.) As promised, John showed up first thing the next morning, walked through the leaks with me and explained how he was going to fix them. I live in an old building, and the lines connected to my water heater/furnace had an undisclosed leak. He was here for 3.5-4 hours, and did an incredibly thorough job patching up the lines and replacing the shut off valves. The gas company checked for leaks when they turned the gas back on, and the commented what an amazing job he had done. I will be keeping John's info and will contact him for any and all future plumbing needs. He was very polite, fairly priced, and treated my home like his own.

I needed it fixed sooner rather than later so after I searched Google and Yelp and came across a familiar name. I remembered LeFevers' Plumbing was highly recommended to me years ago. UNTRUSTWORTY .... I am remodeling a shower in a rental property and hired this company to change…read moreout one shower valve. I should have known this experience was going to go bad when they arrived 2 hours late. Within 20 minutes I received a call from the owner attempting to hard sell me on 2 new water heaters and a line cleaning. I asked them to proceed with changing out only the shower valve. They finished and I paid them what turns out to be far more than the normal. Because it is a rental and I was not there to observe, the tenants sent me pictures of the valve the following day. The valve was off center, crocked, and installed at the wrong depth. I asked them to return to fix the issues. Of course he immediately blamed everything and everyone but himself. After going back and forth with texts and phone calls he finally agreed to come back out and fix his poor workmanship after he realized I had photos to proving my claim. I had to connect with the tenants and find out a good time for them. Then I had to reach back out to the owner of the plumbing company and set up an appointment. He set up a time and date to return. On the day of the appointment he did not show, call me or, answer his phone. Unfortunately my tenants missed class for no reason. He finally responded via text and set up another appointment the following business day. I again asked the tenants to be home for the appointment. He did not show again for the appointment. I called and asked when he would be there and he said his technician was a few hours out. Sadly the technician never showed up and again my tenants missed class waiting for them. I sent him a text telling him that it was not professional to not show up and or communicate. I told him that while his actions were disappointing he has one more opportunity to get it right. He had the audacity to text me back saying "we would no longer like to do business with you". Shocking experience. Do be a victim with this company. Use a plumber that is trustworthy
