Sometimes, though, you just want to see your regular doc. It's literally been years...I don't go regularly, but still it's like playing the Dr roulette every time you call. Besides that, I recommend you really know what your insurance covers before going there. The people who work in the lab are well known for mixing up samples that are supposed to be sent out for diagnosis with the ones that are covered being done in the office. My insurance doesn't cover promedica drawing blood, taking X-rays, etc., so I need to go to St. Anne's to have it done even though my visits are covered there. It took getting multiple random bills over a few years before a nurse finally explained to me that actually it's their mistake when I get charged for it, someone just opted to do it in the lab instead of sending it out...but good luck getting your money back from a medical practice. I mean, those poor doctors hardly make any money at all! Especially considering the last few times I've had to settle for a nurse's aide (I have been misdiagnosed the last few times so I will tell them no, that's not ok, next time).

Offered a great sense of humor, a thorough and quick exam. Made sure to let us know we were cutting it close to pharmacy closing hours and made sure we had a paper copy of the prescription just in case it lagged in the pharmacy system to ensure we got what we needed that same night. We have been here a number of times now, and it is always the best experience. I called prior to our visit to ask about out copay and was audibly concerned and stressed, and the receptionist reminded me to take a deep breath, and let us know they'd get us taken care of before we even stepped foot in the door. If you're a local, this is the place to go for non emergency medical needs, 10/10.

I went back a few weeks later for a follow up on the other health issues, which I received no answers to, and asked about the ultrasound she had suggested. As she rushed me out of the office, her response was " An ultrasound would serve no purpose if it was not bad enough." About six months later I had no choice but to go to a gynecologist because of the pain. I had an ultrasound done and my reproductive system was covered with endometriosis, needles to say, I had to have a total hysterectomy. After my surgery I figured I would try another doctor with Springforest being Baldwin did nothing to help me. I had a consultation with Barry Conlan about my other health issues and he looked at me like was a crazy person who disgusted him. At that point I was done with this place. I ended up finding another doctor and come to find out the swelling was from constrictive pericarditis.

These whipped potatoes are very similar to mashed potatoes in that may have originated as a potato and serve delightfully as a no frills substitute, trust me you will wish you had more or something else. The Pot roast is very consistently cooked and brown and serves a a fat free protein that complements the whipped potatoes. With a bit a brown gravy you will have a beautiful rainbow of earth tones for your taste buds. To continue with our brown theme and also saving the best for last, I suggest dipping a chocolate chip cookie into the what has now become soft serve ice cream, it will soften up the cookie and create something like an MRE ice cream sandwich. The man behind the window at Flower Emergency room was totally rude and did nothing to acknowledge us. We felt invisible and my husband, who was laying down on the chairs as best he could (he is 6'1") got no attention and was in a great deal of pain. There was no one else in the emergency waiting room at the time and when we told the man that we were leaving he did not say a word and just cut off the wristband. We will never go to this hospital again and all the slogans re "Healthier Happy Here" are a PURE RUBBISH! I give Flower Hospital Emergency Room ZERO STARS
