Bagels and rock and roll in downtown Indio with a punk rock ethic. This place is the brainchild of a consummate rock 'n' roll entrepreneur. In the morning it's New York style bagels worthy of this New Yorkers snobbish palate and strong well selected organic coffee.. in the evening it's primo, top-notch punk, and rock 'n' roll acts. Stopped in with a friend and immediately got weird vibes. The bagel was stale and dry I couldn't finish it. Def not fresh like they say. Terrible coffee too. The owner was walking around talking to himself. Seemed like drugs maybe. Employees seemed nervous around him he was kinda yelling. Place says it's open but never is read more

Even though it was a "soft opening", the people and vibe here were great on their opening night. The B Side Players had the whole place moving, and the mostly local crowd were happy to have a new, vital place to gather. I'll be making this a regular stop. read more

What a fantastic venue. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was just right--great energy, incredible sound, and a room full of genuinely chill people spanning every age group. Not a scene that skews too young or too old, but that rare, perfect mix where everyone just feels welcome. I also really appreciated how intentional they are about safety. IDs were checked for everyone coming through the door... yes, even me --which honestly just made the whole place feel more professional and cared for. This venue is exactly what the Coachella Valley has been missing: intimate but lively, relaxed but polished, and clearly run by people who get it. And one last thing--because it deserves its own sentence--their bagels are insanely good. Like, unexpectedly unforgettable good. Came in as a local to support and got terrible service from the person behind the counter. I asked for an IPA and she gave me a lager. To top it off I got the beer and almost half was foam. I asked for less head and she said that's the best she can do. I think this place is cool but homegirl has a horrible attitude. read more

Stopped in for coffee at Dune Room on our way to AZ and it did not disappoint! Bagels and cream cheese flavors are all freshly made and super tasty. Coffee is great, definitely good quality. The place just opened and has a great vibe. Very helpful and welcoming barista. Definitely worth venturing off the freeway for! read more
