this store is a joke i Was looking into buying a hunting rifle decided on a 270 mossberg patriot and 2 boxes of 270 ammo I went threw the background check process and was denied so I appealed and got approved 2 days before the gun would go back on display I went into the store told them I'm here to get my gun today they start the process finishing paperwork they got the gun from the back and walked it to the front register I paid the total go outside they hand me the box I get to my truck and realize they gave me a savage box I open it up and it's a 30 Ott six and 2 boxes of 30 ott six ammo I leave the gun in my truck go to the back to the gun area and tell them the issue they told me to go get the gun and bring it to that department and they will get it straightened out the conclusion to the gun mix up was paper worked had been moved and the gun I was getting was in the wrong area I get the right gun get to the truck and leave I didn't find out till later that night I had the wrong ammo for a 270 return the ammo for the correct ammo and thought the whole mess was over no when I started sighting the scope in I realized they changed the scope out from a vortex 2 too a crappy dead ringer scope online it was advertised with the vortex 2 and in all the gun mix up I didn't realize that they screwed me out of a quality scope spend your hard earned money elsewhere this place its worth your time, stress, headache very disappointed with the whole situation AND THEY DONT CARE read more

Price match policy is a joke. They will not honor it; they just make up reasons to avoid it. Take your money elsewhere.

If you have a problem with something you you picked up here, there are no returns. My wife tried to return a jacket in exchange for another one that fit better. The tags were still on the jacket she had the receipt and was told they couldn't accept the return. She had only tried the jacket on once, it had never been worn. Guy's I knew better than to buy anything here, this wasn't my first trip into the store but it was the first time i bought anything here, and this is why. It's low end stuff at high end prices and no customer support. If your in the market for clothing and sporting equipment consider our home town places Like the Outdoor store or Rock Creek, you well get better quality and impressive customer service. Plus you get the satisfaction of know you helped our home town neighbors. We will never step foot in this store again i couldn't imagine buying a weapon in a place with such low standards. We went to the sports store today to look for shoes. We had the cashier to page an assocaite to help us get a pair from the back, no one ever came. We waited for about 15 min. abd then decidied to leave when on our way out another assocaite was talking about what she was going to do, never mentioning the footwear dept. They lost a sale of about $150 and we will not be back. read more
