After waiting over 6 weeks for my Ammo I sent multiple e-mails and tried calling with no response. At that point I then issued a credit card dispute with my credit card company. Two days after I placed the dispute I received a call from the owner with a bunch of excuses as to why he could not fulfill the order, and why he was unable to follow up with his back log of customer orders. He asked my to lift my credit card dispute and that he would send out my ammunition stat. I then told him that I no longer need his product because I needed it at the 2.5 week time frame I was quoted the day I purchased the ammo. He once again asked me to contact my credit card company and lift the dispute because he was issuing a refund after we hung up the phone. Well guess what my refund never came, and I had to wait 4 weeks until my credit card company was done with the dispute investigation to receive my credit. My friend who also purchased Ammunition from this company who is a lot more forgiving then I still not received his order , and todays date is 1/9/2014. This business is not a operating with professional business practices, and I do not recommend anyone to conduct business with them. If they treat their customers this unprofessional how quality can their ammo be?
