Well 3 weeks came and went and when I called, lo and behold it was there but no one had contacted me. So we set up delivery. When it was delivered, the delivery guys pointed out some scrapes and scratches and asked me if I wanted to return it. I said no, it wouldn't affect the way the machine ran. Then when it was all put together, they realized the foot pads were missing. The delivery guy said they could run them out the next day, on Saturday. Nothing. On Tuesday I spoke with the store manager who put me in touch with the delivery manager. He said they would mail them out and I would have them early the next week. By the following Thursday, still nothing. I called back and they said they would send them 2 day shipping and I would receive them Sunday or Monday. Still nothing. Finally on Tuesday they were delivered which was 49 days from date of purchase. Just beware that you could experience long delays without much of an apology.

The showers work okay and the equipment is pretty good. It can get really busy and you might have a little bit of a trek to get in here from the parking lot - but all in all I give it good marks.
