Very high prices for terribly thin, cheapish photo paper for a photo print resulting in a very poor quality, amateur presentation. (I can do better at home with my equipment, but could not print that size that day). Was desperate. And you will pay a lot for this service, too. On the plus side, if you ever talk or meet them, they are nice, pleasant people. The quality is very disappointing and upsetting, and some of you may not care, but I do. In the end, when I contacted them to complain about the bad quality, no one replied. But I was not surprised! How do they stay in business anyway? That is a mystery.......

She then asked how much for Ground was was told $129 which is absurd. On the UPS website it says 2nd day air should cost $64.99 and next day air is $119. I have no idea what kind of scam they were trying to pull but I guess if you're shipping from 11968 you gotta be rich, right? She then went to the Post Office and sent it "Priority" for $21.99. No idea if that is ground or air but it took 3 business days. Regardless, awful look for our local UPS Store. Go to Post Office or Dunkerly's.

She had a wealth of knowledge about current events in the Hamptons and her suggestions were amazing that ended up making my visit an extraordinary one.
