I made the trek out to dunkin early this morning because I was craving it because I have not had it in it while. I decided to get the sourdough breakfast sandwich with the hash browns and a large iced caramel coffee with extra caramel. The sandwich was really good and it was nice and warm and delicious and for the hash browns they were good and had a bit of a peppery taste and got like five or six little hash browns but I feel like for the price you're paying you should get like 8 to 10 but that's just my opinion as for the coffee it's always good. This staff was very friendly and helpful and very polite even though the store was really busy when I came as they had a line in a drive throughout to their street and a couple clusters ahead of me but they got the job done and I will be coming back at some point to try some more stuff. Every time I come in the morning inside the building they are terrible there is no organization everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off as if they don't know they will have lots of people in the morning. I think that this location should have a person for every area in the morning one or two people at register when you come in one for DoorDash and pick up one person for doughnuts and 4 people for food, drinks and drive thru. Also talk to each other so everyone knows what's going on in the store. This store needs better management and organization. read more

I personally like this Dunkin' the best around the area. Do NOT go to the one on Massolin road. This one is awesome here! I have never gotten bacon from a Dunkin' where the bacon doesn't flop like soggy dead fish until I went to this Dunkin'!! They make their bacon crisp like the commercials make it look like and it's delicious too! Not too crispy but not undercooked and floppy. It is just perfect here. Now I can never get bacon the same at any other Dunkin' because this place is the best! They are very fast too! I wouldn't listen to the reviews that are 4+ years ago, I have had a good experience every time I have visited this Dunkin'. I will say though, when did they make it so you can't turn left into the Dunkin'?? Some people turn left anyway, but I'm not risking a ticket! Not sure how they do it but this location manages to mess up my order 4/5 times. Last two times I have ordered a donut, it has also been face down in the bag so all of the icing got smeared off. I went through and got a dozen donuts for my kids. I get home and my donuts were hard as a rock. when I spoke to the manager she told me to bring them back, so I did but once I went in things went bad. The manager who refused to give me her name opened up the box and started crumbling all the donuts in my face. Telling me it's normal for them to be hard on the outside all that matters is how soft they are on the inside. when I asked for a corporate number she said to go look on you old receipt. This Dunkin used to be a five star but I'm going to give it a great 4 star because of how slow service has been. I wait in line for up to 20 mins sometimes but I still frequent this location because they almost always make my order exactly the way I like it, it's close to home and the employees have never once been rude. They work hard, the place is just over run. There's a reason they get so much business and people wait in line for it. But sometimes the line takes so long that my cold foam has dissolved in my coffee and I can't enjoy what I paid for. Other than that, keep up the good work crew. read more

It's amazing. I go almost every morning. This morning was different though because I went inside, I had my daughter and it was raining. I was trying to carry my dozen donuts and two iced coffees that I bought and I struggled to carry those and watch my daughter while we entered the parking lot. While I was exiting the bottom of the box of donuts came open and I thought I was going to lose them but the employee (not sure of her name) but she had an awesome tattoo on her left wrist that she designed (I complimented her) ran out to help me and I just just wanted to show her appreciation!! When I was a child Dunkin Donuts was always that amazing Sunday treat I could look forward to my father bringing home after he finished working third shift. I was sad to see though in my pre-teen years most of the Dunkin Donuts in the area shut down or were bought out and turned into other establishments. When I first saw the sign being erected driving by one day, I also received an instant erection (in my pants). I couldn't believe it. A blast from the past. A big happy piece of my childhood was coming back. The first weekend I had available I went at 7 in the morning to grab a dozen fried yum yums. Of course the lines were out the door but that didn't phase me (I am a fat fuck when it comes to donuts). I got my donuts and ate them all one at a time until I polished off the first half dozen. They were fresh, delicious, and damn near melted in my mouth. The coffee I drank along with it was always divine in some many ways I can't explain. Now, why am I only giving Dunkin Donuts 4 stars instead of 5 you may wonder. You are probably asking yourself at this point, "Surely if this man can achieve an erection from a donut store it is worthy of a 5 star rating." Well let me say that yes it is worthy. Though when I went back a couple of nights ago to fulfill my craving for glazed deliciousness it was a half hour before closing. This was the first time I'd gone to DD in years, and now I know why I was a child last time. Their coffee is worse than Sheetz and everything from the coffee flavoring to the sausage breakfast sandwich my boyfriend had tastes like plastic.
