The female employee said let me double check if they are blueberry, so she looked at the bottom and said yep they are blueberry. This is my Dunkin ever since I moved back from New England. The drinks never disappoint. The food is tasty 92% of the time. The bad experiences with food was mostly hashbrowns being undercooked and still cold. The service is 99% with a smile and they recognize me and all is good. Around my 3rd or 4th visit I could tell one employee was just having a bad day and was a little short with me, but not a single problem since then. I went online on 8/24/2024 and ordered a custom ice cake and also birthday candles for an additional charge of $1.60 including the tax. I picked up my order at the Baskin Robbins located at 3200 Orilla Rd in Albuquerque on 8/26. When I got home I discovered there were no candles in the package. As the store is several miles from where I live, I called the store and requested a credit on my charge card for the candles I didn't receive. The clerk who answered my call refused to do so and hung up. I called back and requested to speak with the manager. She said the manager wasn't there but she would call him to discuss my request and promised to call me back. She never called back. Today, on 8/27 I contacted my credit card company to dispute the $1.60 charge. I ordered egg and cheese on a bagel and specifically said NO meat. I don't eat it. The person taking my order clarified that they had heard me say just egg and cheese. My son and I ordered two milkshakes and a young lady who made them did not know what she was doing. We received our milkshakes and all it was watered down milk with no taste or effort of creating a good product. I must tell you about my very pleasant experience at a place where you may least expect it: Dunkin Donuts. Now I've been a fan of the double D for years, since some of my heritage is the northeast and I spend time there every summer(just about). Today I stopped in this branch as both my husband and I, in the flurry of Christmas errands and business had forgotten to eat breakfast and we needed something quick to keep us going for about an hour. Donuts was the choice. I ordered my normal chocolate iced and a small coffee. Sat down to eat it and it was stiff /stale. I exclaimed that in a bit louder than normal voice. There was a guy sitting near us who turned quickly and said, I'll get you another. Apparently it was the store manager . He brought me two to replace and they were spectacularly FRESH! So it's pretty obvious the owners of this location don't care, look at the reviews I thought i was going to be the only one. Number one, they are closed down a lot, waste a lot of time going to place that shuts down during peak hours. Then when you are actually open, it took me nearly fifteen minutes to get one donut and one coffee and there was only 7 people ahead of me. Get it together, your pouring coffee and putting donuts in a bag, if Chick-fil-A can make an entire meal and process dozens of people in just 5 to 10 minutes, yall can figure this out. read more

Spot light on Dunkin Donuts employee Colton. I was in 4/12/24. The store was slammed with customers. Your great employee was taking care of the front, and serving ice cream as well as other tasks. During this time we finished our treats and left. Little did I know. I had left my purse behind. Made it home an hour and a half away. In total panic when I realized it was not with me. Ran in called the store. Colton answered ask me a few questions to confirm it was mine. Colton had seen I left it behind, and took it to safe keeping. This location is the absolute worst. I gave this location three separate chances of testing it out, every single time my order has always been wrong or just plain gross. It's not like it was anything complicated, simply a Carmel latte; ON THE MENU. They're extremely slow, don't even attempt drive thru. Majority of the time, the teenagers in there are too busy dicking around with each other than paying attention to orders and customers. The manager is rude to customers and his employees. I have to be honest, I am a pretty patient person and I have given this Dunkin' more chances than they deserve but yesterday's experience finally made me throw in the towel and turn my back on this DD for good. I have learned with this location that going inside is always the best. Yesterday I went in to the store and the first thing I noticed was that the front doors were filthy, like little kids had been rubbing their hands all over them. The inside wasn't much better. I walked up to the counter and there was literally a stack of money sitting on the counter between the two registers. Finally the girl came to take my order. She was nice and took my order. She asked me to walk to the end of the counter and wait on my order. The manager that was there began working on my drinks. I ordered a medium iced latte with one Splenda and a medium iced decaf with sugar free coconut, cream and one sweet n low. He turns to his co-worker and says out loud. "I always think it's funny when someone order a caramel swirl and adds sweet n low to it!" And then he laughs. Then he notices me standing there looking at him. So he says to me, "You know a caramel swirl has sugar in it, right?" My response to him knowing he was making fun of me was, "Why are you telling me that?" He said, "Because you're adding Sweet N Low to it!" By this point I know he's got a problem. So I said to him, "I didn't order a caramel swirl." So then he looks at me and says, "Well someone in the lobby did!" I was the only one there so I told him that I ordered sugar free coconut not caramel swirl. So finally he blames it on the girl doing the order and makes my order. He doesn't add cream to my coffee but I wasn't going to argue. Terrible service! Now please understand this is with no exaggeration my tenth order that has in some way been messed up. There is another manager there who has a terrible attitude and the high school kids that work there never stick around. I'm a Dunkin fan so I sent a professional, detailed letter to Dunkin' corporate about my many negative experiences. They emailed me quickly and were compassionate. They explained they would get my letter to the franchise owner who did email me with a very short, "Come in and I'll make your order right." That was the extent of it. I wondered if maybe Dunkin corporate did not forward my letter so I emailed that to him. I never got any response to that. I love DD and I am a long time fan. What is the deal with the employees, lack of items available, inaccurate orders and the slowest drive through ever? I agree, the owners obviously don't care at all, and don't seem to be able to hire or keep helpful employees. They always have to check if they have things available, take forever to check, sound rude and put out, don't know the menu, and get orders wrong. I know things are rough right now, but wow. I've gotten shorted on doughnuts for work, ordered hazelnut coffee, got watery nasty coffee, ordered breakfast sandwiches a couple times and they were cold and tasted awful. The counter where they make the shakes has spilled product which probably hasn't been wiped since I walked in...and I've been here for at least 6 minutes. The trash is over flowing. A big container of ice cream has been left on the counter and not placed into the freezer. If I was the franchise owner, I'd actually look at where leakage is occuring. Pre-Covid, when they first reopened and now: 30 minute drive thru wait, never have any donuts, coffee tastes old and burnt and hot coco tastes like water. 3 strikes and they're out! I went for a dozen donuts around 6pm and all they had were 3 Apple fritters. Another time they had a coffee donut and coconut topping donut. And most recent trip they gave me their last 4 donuts at 6:30pm on a Saturday (cinnamon, chocolate, and 2 pink donuts no sprinkles).
