I've always been a sucker for coffee and fun drinks and in the last few years i've developed a love for chai lattes. I have never ordered from dunkin, i've ordered from many different places and they are always good, I decided to try some from dunkin and specifically this dunkin. They are god awful, they don't taste like chai at all, either they are just watered down or they taste straight up like milk. I have gave them many chances to make me a chai latte that is enjoyable and still they can't seem to do it. Sure Dunkin is good at coffee and food but when it comes to chai or having special requests to add into drinks they suck, i'm super disappointed. They don't pay attention when making drinks they add whatever they please, they substituted my chai with coffee, skip in cold foam after you pay extra for the damn cold foam. They claim the whole goal is to get the orders out in a certain time but they fail to get it out as fast as they say and it's more than likely incorrect. I once loved Dunkin Donuts, but I'll never go back. Order more than a dozen donuts and none were good. The apple fritters had no apples or cinnamon. The filled donuts were small and had barely any filling. The cake donuts were dry as a desert. The boston cream donuts has wonderful tasting, fresh filling. The filling in these was sour and nasty. We threw them away. These donuts were the worst I've every had. Dunkin donuts use to be large and delicious. The filled donuts were full of filling, and fresh. *0 stars* They never toast the bacon topped avocado TOAST. The service is beyond bad, it's time to clean the house or just close the doors permanently. Don't ever expect to get extra espresso shots you PAY for to actually be put in your drink. I literally watched the lady make my drink step by step from the drive-thru window and she pulled no shots. I could tell the color was off so I said the shots were not in there.. Then nothing but major attitude from the lady that made my drink straight up lie and says she did. I never left a review for anything before, but if I could give this Dunkin zero stars, I would. I only go to this Dunkin when I'm running late for work, which I was this morning so I went. They messed up my SIMPLE iced coffee (vanilla with 2 cream 2 sugar) so bad I can't even drink it. I can barely take a little sip it tastes so freaking bad. It truly tastes like poison. Every single time I come here they mess up my drink and I get the same thing every time how can it be so hard? I'm sure they knew they messed it up too because it's an awful dark brown color which is not normal for what I got. I will not be returning to this Dunkin again after giving them several chances to get my drink right. read more

I go here once every 3 months or so hoping it will improve. It never does. Stopped at 8PM for a latte for my 3rd shift. They informed me that the machines are turned off. You close at 9. Ok fine. Got to the window to pay for my regular brewed coffee with its missing cream. And the employee is more concerned about complaining that the man at the order speaker was already there today. So? Maybe he likes coffee? I have not in several years had a correct order or have been overly excited about the service. I do like dunkin drinks....when done correctly. Never have these issues at Starbucks. I just would prefer dunkin. read more

We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and we got 3 donuts instead!! They were only half frosted and just thrown in the bag. Also they only gave us 2 napkins! They didn't have a few things that were on the menu. The coffee is good but the food was messed up. We called to complain and got sandwiches for free. Ok, month ago went here for coffee and donut. Posted a review with negative comments. Went there today and there was a gentleman that was there instructed the employees on organization. What a difference for the good! Service inside was very quick. Watched drive thru and it was moving very good. Not who the gentleman was, seemed like corporate person but service is greatly improved. Hopefully this will continue as I will start to visit this location more often. read more

So... another Dunkin' Donuts. Chain donuts.... Generic donuts. Not always up to snuff with other chain donuts. But they do in a pinch. Microwave sandwiches. They also do in a pinch. The real reason I go here is the coffee. I love that stuff. Yeah, it isn't Starbuck's. But It is a little cheaper, has a pleasant, smooth taste, and it is better than your local convenient store choices like Sheetz or Snappy's. In Altoona, this particular store serves Baskin Robbins ice cream as well. I didn't order any. But, dang, did that Spidey ice cream look tempting. I did order a breakfast sandwich. It was less than memorable so I can't really tell you which one it was. But it was something to get me through breakfast. I mean, it was ok. I didn't dislike it. I remember it had hollandaise sauce on it. That blended decently with the cheese. But the muffin tasted like it was either sitting around a while or not toasted enough. I bought a sour cream donut. It was decent. Not the best. Not the worst. The service was ok. Fast and friendly. Bottom line, this is a decent stop on the way to points west of central PA. The Baskin Robbins ice cream is a big plus, IMHO. So is the coffee. Everything else is typical Dunkin Donuts which means hit or miss. If you are a donut nut (I am not), maybe try a local shop or bakery. I, personally, think they typically have better product. But, again, I love their smooth coffee. Of the hundred or more DD's I've been to in the last decade this could be the worst. While I could be exaggerating a tad this location sported the slowest moving line I've seen in decades, and there were only two customers in front of us. It gets worse. Before we ordered, I overheard the staff bickering over who was going to make the next pot of tea and coffee. Ironically, they took our order and after 10 minutes of waiting they told us there was no tea made and offered us coffee instead. How can a DD's be out of tea at 7am? We each ordered bagels with cream cheese and muffins. Ironically, this early in the morning they didn't have blueberry muffins either or the traditional coffee cake ones. And, the bagels tasted like cardboard. What happened to the quality? Very sad for such a well known chain known for getting customers in and out quick. The alternative? There's not much. Reliable chain for donuts and coffee, this is no different from others. Steady business the days I visited, but not too busy. They were out of donuts every time I visited, either something I wanted or another customer in front of me with the same experience. I always liked this Dunkin' donuts and would stop every morning before school for coffee. Yesterday I got a dozen donuts to have for breakfast with my friends and one of them was molded and so were a few other ones. Also had received completely burnt hash browns and there was only 4 of them in the baggie. I have heard many negative things about this location being dirty and unkept. I never had a problem before i received a moldy donut and completely burnt hash browns/ poor portions. Extremely disappointed and will probably never go again to this specific location. read more

Dunkin Donuts isn't nearly as good since, instead of being freshly made, they come in frozen from a distribution center. The counter girls act like they don't want to be there and act like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. Donut Connection in nearby Holidaysburg is much better. The donuts are freshly baked, the coffee is always fresh and jot since it's brewed by the pot as opposed to huge tanks, and the girls are friendly with just the right amount of sass. Sadly, I have to patronize D.D. since its on my way to work, but to be honest, they're really not that great. read more

My cup was half filled, the coffee was terrible, and it took them 5 minutes to hand me one coffee. The woman working handed me the cup and goes "sorry." Highly recommend going down the street to the Dunkin' near target to actually get something that's good. read more

First the good. Dunkin Donuts coffee and espresso drinks are the best. Now for the bad. About half of the time they screw up making the espresso drinks. They either forget the flavoring or they forget the espresso. When they are made right, they are incredible. Unfortunately that's only about half the time. They very frequently run out of things. They are often out of eggs or toast for their sandwiches, and have even been out of milk a couple of times I've gone for a latte. It's unfortunate they are not better managed and can't seem to retain employees. It could be great if it wasn't so inconsistent. read more

Went to the new dd next to chik fil lay. Love having one this close but they better step up. I got a grilled cheese sandwich that wad so bad even my dog did not want it. i called and asked them if they still had the strawberry shortcake donuts. they said they no longer sold them but if they had the ingredients to make them they would. after a little checking the girl on the phone said they would make them for me. i was so happy because they were for my husband for his birthday. i was pleased that she went out of her way to help a customer. thank you for making my husband happy on his special day!!!! read more
