I appreciate that I was quickly greeted in the drive through, the person taking my order was patient and friendly, and had the same temperament when I arrived at the window. I was served quickly and she double checked to make sure I had all the items in my order before I left. The iced matcha was good.. lots of ice but that's normal for most coffee shops.. my donut was good.. and so was my avocado toast. The only downfall is that I ordered and paid for bacon on my avocado toast and this was printed on my box ... but the toast had no bacon. It's been a while since I stopped at this Dunkin because the last time I was here it was pretty bad. Both my drink and my daughter's drink were wrong but we were in a hurry so we didn't ask to have it redone. Fast forward about a year to today. We gave it a second chance on our way to see a 10:00 showing of Wonka. Too early for popcorn, but donut holes sounded perfect. Wellll, the service is still terrible. I had to repeat my order so many times I gave up and just drive up to the window. And the drink order was wrong. They did fix it, but it took a crazy long amount of time for our order. Not only the typical things like the food quality, the service time and quality, the cleanliness of the facility, and the kindness of the workers, but above all their willingness to put up with the worst types of people. I come here regularly to pick up doughnuts and coffee for work. I noticed that anytime after the morning, service is slow and the food and doughnut quality is not good. In the morning there are more customers so there are more workers and usually a manager on hand which increases quality and efficiency. In general, Doughnuts are stale and do not have much glaze or frosting. Lot of filled doughnuts like jelly or custard to not have much filling in them. This Dunkin' is on my way to work so I like to stop once in a while, but every time I stop, someone really rude and aggressive takes my order which really starts my day off horribly. The people speak really quick and unclear through the drive-thru mic and if you ask them to repeat, they will do it in a nasty and condescending tone. Considering the coffee/food isn't any better than I could get at a Starbucks, I don't think I'll be going back. It automatically gets 5 stars because it's a DD. If you've never tried their coffee, you're missing out. Service has gone down hill under new ownership I used to frequent this location 2 - 3 times a week for years. The staff was consistent, friendly, always greeted with a smile and knew their regulars. However over the last few months it's been different people every time and it seems like a gamble now whether or not you will get helped. I've been by where they have locked the doors to prevent customers from coming in during normal business hours because they were "overwhelmed". Including locking them to where people inside could not get out in violation of fire codes. Today is the second time in a month that I waited at the drive through lane for several minutes with no response and myself and four other cars just left the line. I much prefer Dunkin coffee to other retailers, but now I think twice before going as I don't know if I'll be able to get in to place an order. read more

I walked into this location and spotted an entire rack of Boston Cream donuts so I knew I was in the right place. Worst. Dunkin'. Ever. Drive through orders have to be repeated 3x before they get it. Does the speaker need to be fixed?? When they finally hear your order, they will most likely tell you they're out of whatever it was you wanted. If a new drink is being offered, they're out of it. Most food items, except for plain glazed donuts, run out by midday. All cooked food looks as if it's been sat on before they hand it to you. They can even mutilate a toasted bagel with cream cheese- how? Why? My most recent experience at this restaurant was terrible. The drive through took for ever, the staff were off putting and they didn't have many of the donuts that I wanted. The staff was not familiar with the menu and the drinks were terrible. We ended up tossing out the entire meal and went to the other guys instead ( *$s) instead. I LOVE the Vanilla Chai Tea Latte. It might be the most delicious drink I have ever had. If you get the same drink at Starbucks it is $5 and here it's only $2.35 and its hands down better than Starbucks! This new location just opened. It is located in the former Wendy's, then Dickey's BBQ building. After leaving the Ellisville location with NO product, we were en route home, when we noticed the "NOW OPEN" sign. Turning left off Manchester is a beast, but we perservered. Now, the good news for us was - they HAD Vanilla Creme Donuts. The bad news was they were filled with less than one bite of creme, leaving a dry powdered donut. This is their sixth location opened, since the original one in Kirkwood. They must have decided to scale way down on spending when converting, as it has a thrift store feeling. I placed an order for four big boxes of coffee via the app, prepaid, and arrived to pick up my items. They told me that they only had two of the four, which I understood. I got to the window and asked for the new receipt for two of four items and how I would be reimbursed. The young woman at the window yelled at the other girl and neither knew. They simply said, "I don't know." I took my items and began trying to call the manager at 8am. Their phone rings and rings, nobody answers, there's no voicemail. I have been trying to reach cooperate for over a week to be reimbursed and nobody will help me, except to say that it's a franchise and the local owner will call me. Went in with my elderly father around 7:30 AM and it was a really good experience. A customer held the door open for my Dad. The clerk was nice.
