Improperly packaged six donut holes, which were immediately thrown out
    Kristina M.

I placed an order through DoorDash and they dropped off 6 STALE donut holes lose in a bag not even properly boxed. The entire bag was thrown out and I was CHARGED $9.00!!! DoorDash refused to refund my account. I'm disgusted.

So I love doughnuts but this place never has enough varieties of them, that speaks to a managerial issue. Maybe because the place is one of the only doughnut shops close to Bernalillo but still that should not be an excuse to never have enough varieties of donuts. Come here on a Sunday morning and there is usually a hot rod group here, that is nice to see. Staff has not been instructed in customer service they walk around like sloths. Slow and steady.

    Full house in the rear.

If you build it - we will come!! Just got my first cup of joe from our friendly neighborhood Dunkin Donuts!! I am SOOOOOOOOO happy we Finally have a good cup of coffee down the hill now. Judging by all the cars on a late Sunday afternoon - this bad boy will do very well. This just made my week!!! :). Oh I know...it's not "Char-Bucks", "Four-Bucks" or Seattle-blah blah blah but for this simpleton - it's a glorious site indeed!! :).

Grosssssssss moldy bread on breakfast sandwich!!

Wow...I know Dunkin goes through staff like it's a race track...but teach your employees to be mindful of quality. I was served through drive through a MOLDY BREAD breakfast sandwich. It's supposed to be toasted also and it wasn't. The only reason I lifted the bread was to re-arrange eggs etc as they had slid...and much to my shock MOLD.... So gross. It would also be nice if you felt like the staff actually listened to your order.

New store hours posted on paper sign.

Growing up in New England we would go on Sunday morning to get donuts and back then they were made on the premises.

My son loved the cherry blossom the most. On all of them, the cake part was too heavy with little flavor so he ended up eating the tops only. We also tried the prickly pear which was good but in our opinion, all of their doughnuts are lacking the sweetness you can expect when eating a doughnut for breakfast. We think there needs to be more icing on them since they are all cake based. The salted butter didn't have much flavor, but the chocolate was pretty good. My son liked the maple doughnut also. I really enough my cappuccino, but it was tiny for $4.50. The flavor was really good, and they use Little Bear coffee. The atmosphere inside was clean and inviting. The service was good. Not much chitchat or smiles, but friendly enough. The pricing is very high, but you do get 10% off if you order six. We paid nearly $30 for 6 doughnuts. It's a little too fancy for my son and I, but I know there are plenty of folks that love doughnuts that are more cake based and not as sweet, so enjoy! Cheers!

The place is open and decorated nicely and everybody was really nice.. that was greeted by Sam the manager who is extremely helpful and let me know about their different donuts, different coffees and they also supplied donuts to other coffee, shops, and stuff throughout the city. I had gotten the regular black coffee and a chai tea. Both were pretty darn good. I want to try something different so I got a doughnut with a coffee glaze and then I also got an apricot thyme donut which surprises me. I like that. Just a touch better than the Coffey one, but both were pretty darn good donuts I have to say.. this is a place. I will definitely make it back again..

She made it a white and purple cake, she put a black cloth ribbon around the base of the cake which I don't care if is done or not it's gross and I don't know where that ribbon came from or if it was even clean. But like I said, it was supposed to be a carrot cake when I cut into the cake it had large shredded carrots in it. It was more carrot than actual cake and by the way when you make carrot cake, the dough is supposed spice cake dough.whatever dough you used was flavorless I took a bite and got nothing but carrot. It was like dipping an actual carrot into cream cheese frosting and taking a bite. This was a waste of $50. It was an incredible disappointment for a birthday cake. clearly you don't know how to actually bake. I will never shop here again and I highly suggest no one else does either. Oh and also when I went to go pick up said cake their cookie display was covered in dust. That's gross. I can see why your windows are constantly broken out. 0 STARS.
