The manager, Megan had to contact the owner who said because I ordered in the store, she was not going to refund me. I was told the owner was in church. I said it was not a very Christian thing to do to a customer from the Christian owner. I explained that I was not going to leave until I got my full refund. After about 20 minutes, they decided to give me back my full refund in cash. What a despicable way to run a business and treat a customer. They had my cash for over a week and thought I would just go away. No way. I had to fight for them to do what was right.

Begrudgingly I went along; not quietly but more "respectfully pissy" i would say. Navigating our large van in the parking lot we still couldn't find the business. I started bitching about the crummy location, poor signage and how I just wanted a cup of quality coffee. That life shouldn't be this hard on a Saturday morning. Where is this coffee roasters shop? Finally: We located and walked into Candlestick... ...and POOOF !!! We meet (and want to marry) Zach! The enthusiasm, passion, knowledge, mission and love this guy has for his craft is amazing.
