I've tried them all over the city because I'm constantly driving and this one by far consistently makes the worst drinks and has the worst customer service. Do not order anything from this place. I placed an Uber Eats order for a chocolate shake, which was advertised as available on the Uber Eats website for this particular location. I called and was told by the person at Baskin that they had no chocolate and I asked for a cappuccino chip shake, and instead they gave me a mocha almond shake, and because I was upset for Miss advertising, the lady serving ice cream gave my shake after I paid for it to the driver for free because I was upset to get back at me and lied and said I had been refunded. Only coming to get my money that they kept! I drove up to the menu, was greeted by a female employee who asked how she could help me. I place my order and she says "ok, one moment please". I wait a little bit and then a male employee comes over the speaker and asks how he can help me. So I place my order for the second time. I pull up to the window and pay. A few seconds later, the same male comes back to the window and tells me they don't have the product to make my order (after ordering twice and paying, and I ordered one of their most popular drinks) and asks if I'd like something else. I said no, I'd just like a refund. The male employee (James) says "I can't give you a refund because the manager is not here". I asked for a gift card with the money on it, again, "I can't do that". Only options were get something I didn't want or leave with nothing after paying for a product. James then tells me to bring my receipt back tomorrow and talk to manager Sam to get a refund. James assured me he would put it in their group chat so manager Sam knows I didn't get my drink. We'll see. Every time i get an iced coffee from here it's ALWAYS sour. Then i have them remake it and it's still sour and then they proceed to tell me "sometimes they make it with cold brew" OKAY! This has to be BY FAR the worst run Baskin Robbins in the USA. They never have the right supplies (no quart, no pints, no lids, no double scoop cups, etc) And only about half the time do they have the flavor I want. I keep asking again and again, and one of the managers told me they go through three containers of it a week, yet it's out more than it's in stock . I came back today for cold brew & kolaches thinking this would be better. The cold brew was meh. The problem was with the kolache. Overall, this is an impressive store considering that it is in a smaller town. It's new and nice looking. The only downside is that they do not provide a high-chair for babies/toddlers. Can we please get a high-chair? It's hard to bring my family there without somewhere for my toddler to sit. Also, their cake decorator deserves 5 stars of her own. Ordered a dark roast coffee - it was not hot enough and not at all bold/dark, and way too much cream was added (I asked for a splash) which watered it down further. Tried to order a cinnamon twist - what kind of donut place doesn't have those? Granted, I don't go to Dunkin often so I don't know their menu - but no alternative was even suggested. But luckily on my way into work I stopped by Dunkin Doughnuts for something quick and easy! Way better then before. I have been going here since they opened and for a while it was rocky but over the past few months they have made some major improvements. Whoever is in charge now deserves a raise. They may not be the fastest place in town but they are fast enough as well as friendly.
