Sick of getting iced coffee that is not SHAKEN! I do not go here anymore because they are miserable and can't make simple drinks

It has a reasonably sized parking lot which leads into an entry way full of plants before you enter into the cozy seating area and counter for ordering. They have a refridgerated section for baked goods, especially worth noting is their wide selection of keto cookies, cupcakes, and other "sweets" They have coffee and tea in a lot of different forms as well as lunch and breakfast sandwiches. I got the keto bagel which was good, but the egg was definitely overcooked to the point of being reminiscent of a hard boiled egg with a yolk that's gone green. Staff was friendly, service was fast, and overall I enjoyed my visit. They have a few shelves of crafts to shop while you wait for your food and it's overall a welcoming place to browse or stay and drink your drinks and eat your food

The menu is nicely sized, and there are always rotating specials, so make sure to take your time to look everything over. My favorite drink is a seasonal special--the matcha lemonade. It is so delicious, with the matcha and lemon complimenting eachother perfectly. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty-- its worth adding the avocado! The only complaint I have on them is the egg itself, the egg on my sandwich was overcooked, so it was rubbery and the yolk was greening a bit. However the croissant and other toppings were great. The baked goods for me are a bit hit or miss, the collagen chocolate chip cookies were super tasty. However I didn't quite take to the roasted cacao beans despite cacaco beans and nibs being one of my favorite snacks. Service is fast and friendly.

I enjoyed the Ray - lemon ricotta and fresh blueberries. I dove in before I took a picture, so it's shorter than it was when I received it. Yummy!!! You can order a single or a double. They have many wraps, smoothies, and beverages. All served up with a smile! Many of their ingredients are locally sourced - hurray! I ordered an iced latte, 16 oz with syrup. We were drinking it there so we didn't get disposable cups. Mine was served in a clear glass ball jar and looked very large and had almost no color beyond that of the milk. We both tried the drink and it was like sweet milk. There was definitely not a good ratio of espresso to milk. I love coffee and espresso and while I am sure others will love this, it was definitely not something we would ever order again. We saw some of the food items, which looked very nice and when we come back we'll try the food and a different type of drink.

They have sweet crepes and savory crepes, focaccia pizza, smoothies and very nice selection of drinks...coffees, teas, lattes. My friend got a breakfast crepe Florentine with eggs and spinach and cheese. I had a nicely filled Chicken Caesar with chicken, lettuce, tomato and mushrooms and I had the dressing on the side. We both had the hot Nutellachino drink which was rich, creamy and delicious. We shared the dessert crepe with strawberries and cheesecake inside and chocolate and caramel drizzle. We will definitely be back.

Since they are still working on fully opening, their full menu wasn't available but that wasn't a problem since they had all the options we were looking for. Its ambiance is really pretty, open, and clean on the inside as you seat yourself and they will serve you menus, enter orders at the counter, and deliver to your table. We tried the Tutti Fruttie Crepe and the iced Nutellacino iced coffee and both were very yummy but possibly an overwhelming amount of nutella ha! The crepe had nutella, strawberries, and bananas filled inside a soft crepe and it was messy but yummy! The coffee had a bunch of chocolate sitting at the bottom and was also yummy especially if you like mocha coffee. They have a good size menu with a good variety such as sweet crepe, savory crepe, breakfast options, smoothies, and coffees. I would recommend checking it out, definitely a fun sweet treat!

Visiting Shamballa Cafe today really makes me wonder: why do I even bother with chain coffee shops?…read more First and foremost: the coffee is awesome! I went with what was in the vat today: a medium roast that I believe was called blue moon. I forget the provenance of said roast (I remember it was South American), but my oh my was it good! Exactly what you want a medium roast to be: balanced, with notes of whatever chocolate or berries or leather is in there. I couldn't put the cup down! Whereas getting the sludge from the big chains down the gullet sometimes feels like a morning chore. Why is the coffee so good here? It turns out that the owner (a very friendly guy named Emmett) roasts it himself. He had several varieties on offer that were roasted within the last 24 hours, maybe even this morning. That particular minutiae is a blur as I wasn't caffeinated yet when we discussed this. But it's yet another huge benefit a local cafe provides: freshness! Another thing: Shamballa is a great restorer of faith in community and our fellow humans. Emmett and I discussed many things in my fairly brief time in his shop, but I'll never forget the empathy he displayed when discussing some current trials & tribulations. It turns out he's been down the same road, and his well-wishes and kindness made for an even finer accompaniment to the coffee than the coffee cake muffin pairing that was purchased on impulse. A double espresso was consumed on-site while 2 large coffees were taken to go. The espresso was awesome, 100x better than Sbux or Dunkin'. Total for 3 beverages? Less than $8! For later, I grabbed a 1/2 lb. of whole bean Guatemalan medium roast on Emmett's recommendation, and the coffee cake muffin was moist and delicious without being too crumbly or cloyingly saccharine. Drake's it was not! A ten spot covered the latter purchase. If I lived in Baldwinsville, I'd probably stop by here every morning! Except Sunday and Monday when they're closed. Be sure to arrive early, closing time is now noon. Please swing by Shamballa and see for yourself! Perhaps you too will ponder why we make grabbing coffee a chore, when it can be a true morning delight?
