Horrible workers. I only go here occasionally and EVERYTIME I go they ruin my order. I am sick and tired of this. I've been scammed on orders multiple times due to them NOT putting the stuff I ordered. I will personally pay for all of these workers to go to school to learn how to READ, the staff is braindead along with the managers. Nothing is ever made right and there's never compensation. I always always always stop to this Dunkins nothing is ever wrong. Today I had to stop everything to leave this review. When I pulled up to place my order they apologized for being busy and not able to hear correctly through the speaker. Which they said to the car in front of me as well. I ordered one item, unsweetened iced with extra lemon. I pulled up the lady with pink hair is frantic telling the other woman how it's the speaker she can't hear. She asked what was my order. I told her it was the iced tea? I'm watching her fix the iced tea she puts two lemons and I ask her, can I have more lemon please. She shakes her head and huffs and complains, it only comes with two!! I didn't understand her attitude over lemons. I told her yeah I asked for extra you probably didn't hear because the headset issue. She's attitude and raising her voice so I asked why does she have an attitude? She slams the iced tea down and told me she doesn't need to do anything. I asked her, do you know that you work here and your giving me an attitude? She starts screaming, yes I do and I am not allowed to serve you at my place at my drive through!!!! Screaming. I then asked if she owns the place, mind you I have the money out since I pulled up, I don't care why she is mad or why she wants to be terrible I just want my iced tea and want to leave. The other lady tells her she'll take over and calm down. She's yelling and legit cursing while making other orders slamming everything saying the F word and a bunch of filth. Screaming So I asked this lady if the pink haired girl screaming is the owner. She says no but I'm the assistant manager. She's had a bad day. The speaker is messed up. But laughs at the other woman's cussing. I told her I don't care she shouldn't treat customers that way. Then asks me if I'm going to pay. I told her I have had my money out waiting since I pulled up i don't care about anything else. Sadly, I'm not too fond of this dunkin's. I live 2 minutes away so it's a convenient location for me to go to. Frozen machines are constantly down and the food they serve seems old and not fresh. I just had hash browns that were stale with a tough texture. The croissant sandwich was served flat like it had been squished un-cared for and with disregard of presentation. With the cost of dunkin's prices rising the quality of their foods should also meet the expected standards read more

I will never visit this Dunkins again. I went to get a free medium coffee free, as advertised this summer on the radio and fb. They said they werent doing this and wouldnt give me a reciept. So where did that money go...... Then a family member went to get 2 large coffees one regular which came back with soooo much sugar it couldn't be drunk. The other was a cream only and came back with sugar. I went back to the store to get it corrected and they wouldnt make a new one with out a reciept. Seriously! read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin donuts. I asked for 25 chocolate and glazed munchkins. When I got home there were NO chocolate or glazed munchkins and to top it off there want even 25 munchkins.
