First time customer. I ordered a lemonade only because it was so hot out today. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was so fresh and made just right. The girls behind the counter were quick and friendly. I will definitely go back tomorrow for a morning coffee. I did notice the array of flavors and the muffins looked like a must try. Super great experience very friendly kind courteous servers, was very helpful in explaining what our options were in reference to a free elite event. It was also a great selection of items that we have if we decide we want to sandwich or something. I'm also super excited that they are putting another location in Mansfield much closer to my home. This is one of my favorite stopping points for coffee. But everything was wonderful I had a huge cinnamon roll sorry ate it before I could take a picture and a piña colada smoothie. My partner had a small house blend hot coffee and dark roast as well as a apple fritter which he said was perfect. So Aroma Joe's opened yesterday, 7/21/2020, and they're obviously still working kinks out. That being said I've been twice and I would definitely recommend them! It's wonderful to have an alternative to Dunkin' Donuts in Swansea whose coffee is so watered down. I tried a Latte yesterday and an Iced Coffee (black) today and both were exceptional! The coffee is bold but not bitter and the latte, with oat milk and their mocha flavor added in, was just the right amount of sweet without the need to add sugar. Today I also ordered food with my coffee. I ordered the bacon, Gouda, egg sandwich on a Tuscan roll. It was good. I think Starbucks bacon, egg, and Gouda tastes better but that's likely just a personal preference. The barista also talked me into adding hash browns. Those were all right. They kind of clumped into a ball in the bag on the way home and weren't crispy. I'll attribute that to new store jitters and the 10 minute drive home and try them again sometime. Pricing is more expensive thank Dunkin'. About the same as Starbucks actually. Maybe a tiny bit cheaper on the espresso beverages. They offer an app that you can use to pay and earn rewards and it works well. Overall, Aroma Joe's is a welcome addition to the area with great coffee and espresso beverages, friendly staff, and an easy to access location. I'll definitely be a frequent visitor! read more

Our first time was a quick drive up experience. Our coffee and food were both just "ok". Staff was friendly and location is conveniently right off the highway. We did stop in shortly after they opened last year, so to be fair I'm sure they have improved greatly. We will stop in again when in the area! read more

Before I begin my review, I have to write that I work here so I'll do my best to be unbiased. The food here is better than any food from Dunkin's or Starbucks or honey dew. I see one of the reviews says something about not swapping one ingredient with the next and that it's impossible, well, it's because the sandwiches are premade. We can technically swap one thing for one thing in the sandwiches but you'd have to buy both items and that gets pricey. I understand kids are picky and to be honest, you should teach your kids to be more open minded at a young age. I always went to honey dews for spicy chorizo but this place is way better. You can have items removed free of charge but keep in mind that the food has touched it. So you CAN have a maple ham and Swiss and egg croissant but hold the cheese. There will be no cheese but it has touched the eggs and ham. Their coffee is your typical coffee. In comparison with Dunkin' quality, it's higher. In comparison with Starbucks, it's on the same level. They don't have iced flavored coffee but rather, any flavor you can possibly imagine via Torini sauces, you can have! What I mean by this is they don't have iced hazelnut ground coffee already made. Instead, they have dark roast iced coffee and add hazelnut flavoring shots! Which still taste great. Their espresso, lattes, macchiato, and americanos are better than dunkins and I say this because their coffee beans are of higher quality than that of Dunkin'. And being a coffee snob, I know my beans and roast and grinds. Now let's get into their "fuels." Their rush is nothing to be messed around with. Addiction is a problem that is very real and these rushes are super addicting! Now imagine any flavor you can think of and try to limit yourself to not getting too many flavors. You just can't!! From what you see on the menu, many more flavor concoctions exist! Baja blast, pixie stix, now n later! But if you didn't like a highly caffeinated beverage, you can always stick to a handcrafted soda which is just as good but minus the heart attack. My personal favorite is strawberry, lime, lemon, amaretto rush. I won't tell you what it is, just get it and you'll understand what any 90's kid craved. Have you thought that maybe smoothies is more your thing? They have your basic popular flavors such as strawberry, strawberry banana, mango, pina coolida, and blueberry pomegranate. But have you ever tried strawberry mango with a shot of strawberry and mango? Trust me, it's way better than half strawberry and half mango. They won't be able to take your protein powder and add it in but you can definitely do it yourself and have a great after workout smoothie. Or, grab some tequila and make yourself some adult beverages with the smoothies or the rush frozen! Don't forget they have lemonade and "Arnold Palmer" concoctions available. I literally made a Arnold Palmer lite with a splash of rush and strawberry today and it was a rave in heaven in a cup. I conclude my very long essay of a review with this. If you don't like how it taste, feel free to mention it and have them make you a new one. The team members, despite being busy with however many guests that have to take care of, are more than happy to make sure you get a drink that you enjoy. It's not cheap. And they won't hesitate to make sure your tastebuds are satisfied. They also love dogs. They will not hesitate to take a moment out of their busy rush line to give your dog a treat and a friendly, "your dog is so cute!" Because they are. If you become a regular, don't be surprised. Stopped in for a coffee recently. It's a small place inside, but they were really quick to serve . They do have decaf ice coffee and it was really smooth and good. I did notice they don't have brewed iced coffee flavors, but have flavored shots. Would buy coffee here again. read more

Like everyone else I was looking for an alternative to Dunkin' unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. First we will start with the good, the coffee was good, no complaints there and I would go back for the coffee. I went with my children to see what they had for breakfast and my kids like breakfast sandwiches, however the offerings there seem , pretty artisan. When I asked if I could get bacon egg and cheese on a bagel I was told that was impossible. Even though they have everything to do it. I know ordering off the menu can be sort of Kareny but I think it was a simple request. As long as I have kids I'm afraid it's not an option as they aren't fans of Feta cheese, or bean sprouts. We ended up getting a bagel and some donuts which were average, nothing special. More flexibility with the breakfast sandwich menu would be a game changer read more

As someone who is an avid Dunkin' drinker I'm always looking for new places to try. I was excited when Aroma Joes opened but was quickly disappointed upon my first trip. I 100% understand that they've only been open for less than a week so a wait is expected but I waited in line for 20+ minutes. I ordered a medium iced nutty bar. a large iced coffee made regular and a ham and Swiss on a croissant. Just as a heads up when you say medium it's a small and when you say large it's a medium. Not a huge deal but the nutty bar was not my favorite and the iced coffee was just ok. Loved the sandwich though and would consider going back for that! Personally it seems as though a large majority of their menu is lattes with no flavored iced coffees listed (which are my favorite). Worth a shot if you love lattes but this place doesn't seem to be a fit for me. Just sharing my experience! read more
