It took a lot not to cry tears of joy today at Bristol Bagel Works. It was my first visit, and it will be the first of many! I'm originally from NY (like the area where they make a mean bagel) and for the past 16 years I've lived in New England I've been on a hunt for a local bagel that is just as good! I FINALLY FOUND THE PLACE. BBW uses boars head cold cuts (another win) and knows sandwiches get cut in half and served with chips and a pickle! Thank godddd! The quality of my bagel sandwich was out of this world. I was so incredibly happy. My coffee was just as good! I had heard wonderful things and nobody was exaggerating. The quality of their product is top notch. And the value for it was shocking! Their prices are super reasonable for the quality, the amount of food and the presentation. Let's talk service. Everyone here is friendly, personable, polite and helpful. I felt so at home---like i was a regular. They helped me pick out stuff that was perfect thanks to suggestions and asking what i like. I so appreciate businesses like this! The inside is stunning---their tables, the signage, the display of their beautiful bagels, the decor---everything. I literally was on cloud nine. I left with a bunch of bagels and some cream cheese to last me a bit, but i will be back, and be a regular (even though i live 40 minutes away) for sure! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

    Good selection!

We were very impressed with the bagels at Bristol bagel works - just the right texture and taste, interesting flavors. I loved that they had a veggie cream cheese. Lunch and breakfast sandwiches were on point. I am surprised I just discovered this lovely spot on Hope st in Bristol. I can assure you we will be back!

Tried their delicious bagels during the busy 4th of July parade and they did not disappoint! Their lox bagel was one of the best I have ever had!!! The ingredients were fresh and tasty and the bagel itself was to die for! Will definitely come back for a filling snack during the parade next year!

Bagels and weekend mornings just go together. We were staying nearby at an AirBnb and on our last day, we wanted bagels and Bristol Bagel Works caught my eye. We came right before the morning bum rush for carbs - definitely try to get here before 10. I felt like having sweet and got the cinnamon raisin/strawberry cc, while my husband ordered the lox/cc on an everything. The bagels, while deceivingly small on first glance, had a pretty generous smear. Still not approaching the sheer volume of cream cheese that a NYC bagel place will slap on your bagel but this was the first time in a while that I had to dredge some of it off. The prices were also insane (in a good way): $14 for our two bagels and a cup of iced coffee. The line doesn't move the fastest but still absolutely worth it.

Service is always so friendly! They always greet me with a smile and I love seeing the owner in the back making the food. The bagels are truly the best I have ever had. I have been going here my whole life and ever since the renovation the ambiance still has its old charm but with a beautiful new look. Highly recommend and it is my favorite place to bring my friends when they visit Rhode Island.

I've been going to the bagel shop for 15+ years since I was a little kid. I've never had any issues with the bagels in 15 years until this year. The last 3 times I've gone there I've gotten a pathetic small smear of cream cheese on my bagel. For 15 years I've gotten prob 3 times the amount of cream cheese on my bagel! I will no longer be going to this stingy establishment because of this

Really cozy bagel spot in Bristol! Seating and takeout available. Fresh bagels daily and locally roasted coffee by Custom House Roasters in Middletown. Street parking only. Service was quick and helpful!

So shame on me PART 3. I tried to support this local business once again bc as they say, third times a charm. However, they keep disappointing. I asked for a sesame bagel with turkey and provolone cheese but they had other ideas.. They gave me HAM AND HAVARTI CHEESE. The worst part of this all... ITS BARBRAS BIRTHDAY (aka me). Safe to say my 53rd birthday is RUINED all thanks to this bagel joint. Needless to say, Barbra will not be coming back ever again.

I've been wanting to check out this spot for months and today after some pickle ball I finally made it. I arrived around 11:45 on a Sunday and waited in line for approximately 15 minutes but it was worth it. My bagel was fresh out of the oven and my sandwich was tasty. I also brought two bagels as is home and my family raves about the bagels. I'm impressed.

Amazing fresh bagels, great coffee, excellent bagel chips and fast friendly service. Gerry downtown location. Skip the coffee drive thru lanes and walk in to one of the best small family run Bagel shops around

Over the last few years I haven't visited as often due to a gluten intolerance, which has been tough when you have a true go-to sandwich spot. I was so excited to learn they now offer gluten free wraps. I've had three over the past few months and each one has been delicious. Fresh, flavorful and just as satisfying as I remember. It honestly means so much to be able to enjoy my old standby again without worrying about it. I was also just told I can order my favorite as a bowl, which I'll definitely be trying next time. They are always moving and grooving behind the counter, but still manage to be polite and friendly every single time. It's clear they take pride in what they do. I can first hand that their customer service is next level, and so is their food. While there I got to taste classics like Meatball Parmesan and the Sicilian, along with their show stopping Turkey Special, Philly Steak Bomb and Chourico Pie. I obviously had to pair it with their mouth watering onion rings and RI staple beverages--- Del's Lemonade and a Yacht Club Orange Cream soda. If you want a business that makes sure each and every customer that walks through their door experiences excellence, tradition, and quality taste then you need to check out Riccotti's for yourself.

One day we were undecided where to go... the typical "where do you want to go? " "I dunno, where do you wanna go?" infinite loop. We were driving on Wood street and she asked me if I wanted to try B&B. My gut instinct told me NO, IT'S VEGETARIAN FOOD. VEGETARIAN FOOD IS THE DEVIL!, but somehow I mustered up the strength to deny these thoughts and agreed to try it. I love a good restaurant that waits on you, so the idea of walking to a counter to get my food didn't make me excited. I looked over the menu and saw they had faux chicken sandwiches. They use seitan which I always wanted to try since it's insanely high in protein. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken. They also sell beer too which was cool. I got a Clownshoes IPA that I sipped until they brought the food to the table. The portion size of the sandwich is monstrous! I could tell by the sauce drizzle that I was in for something special. The colors from the cabbage slaw in the sandwich provided a solid presentation. As I bit into the sandwich, it had the chew of tender fried chicken and the seitan had some wicked flavor. I'm salivating just talking about it. The sauce had a nice sweet tangy heat which really set it off nice. We ordered fries which were nicely salted and served up with a little cup of aioli. Very good. Honestly, I never thought vegetarian food could taste this good and hopefully I don't regret posting this review and the place blows up and have to wait in line for hours next time. Lol!
