I just spent $26 here, customer service was nasty and rude. Drinks were poorly made and were practically thrown at you out the window. We ordered five drinks, and when we got to the window the lady said that she didn't even get one of the orders. Then she said you can't add anything to the order at the window in a snarky manner. For starters, the young man taking the drive up orders was so preoccupied laughing with his co workers that he couldn't get the order correct. Had to repeat it multiple times and all he kept saying was "got it" yet he didn't. It was a pretty basic order and there were multiple associates working in the store yet we still had to park so they could bring it out. The same was done to the car behind us. When the order came out the coffee was incorrect and the plain bagel was stale. I do not recommend this shop and will go elsewhere read more

Super clean interior, we stopped in around 2pm on a Friday so it was pretty quiet & we were quickly served our drinks. Looks like it'd been through a recent remodel; interior is open, airy, & nicely organized with larger tables, small booths, and even some comfy little armchairs. There's also a couple tables outside if you want to enjoy the weather. Drinks were fine, nothing fancy with our order of an iced caramel macchiato and a strawberry colatta. Both were nice & refreshing, especially on a hot afternoon. Location is super close to the highway so it's nice & convenient for travelers. read more

We came in via the drive-through and ordered 4 veggie omelets, 4 hash browns and 2 iced coffees. The drive through attendant informed us that they have reached the maximum amount of food orders that they can take, and that we are only allowed to order either coffee or donuts. Odd, because we came by at around 1 PM. (Did they run out of food so early in the day?) I wasn't aware that there was such a cap on food orders for fast food places. Not sure if that was a valid excuse, or if the attendants just did not want to work- either way, we chose to go elsewhere. read more

Honestly, I'm probably wasting my time with this review because of how many other bad reviews there are with no change but this location is desperately in need of management changes. Everyone who works here is slow, inefficient, and just downright unprofessional. The kid who took my order didn't know how to operate the register. Didnt listen to my order and rang me up for the wrong sandwich, even after I corrected him 3 times. (For the record, I ordered a sandwich off the menu as pictured, nothing special) I don't expect good service at fast food, just somewhat competent for the job...and they fail at this. I've been someone that worked in the service industry for years, almost a decade even, so usually I'm very understanding. With that said, I really wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered lattes with oat milk. However what I was given was just oat milk and vanilla syrup flavoring. No espresso in them at all, so I literally just PAID for MILK. On top of that, the staff that was there had absolutely no attention span. The lady that took my order, Stephanie, she kept saying, "alright order when you're ready," and every time I tried to order she said, "I'm so sorry hang on again." It took 3 tries before I was even able to try to order. Completely out of donuts as well. A Dunkin' Donuts without donuts and espresso for all I know. Did they really think they could just give out a latte with no espresso in it and expect us not to notice? Beyond ridiculous. Not to mention the cups are DIRTY from the INSIDE. I even pulled around and tried to go inside to talk to them personally but, of course, the door was locked, so no one can go inside. I've never been so appalled with a business before. There are so many bad reviews on this place and it amazes me that nothing has changed in a long time, just shows the management/ ownership must not seem to care at all. read more

I have never been to dunkin doughnuts in my life. We planned to go through the dive through in the morning during our road trip. I was very much disappointed with this location. The staff were very nice but they didn't even have espresso in the morning. They were also out of stuffer croissants and they forgot to give us our hash browns. I am just surprised that they did not have any espresso in the morning. Hopefully this changes, I am not sure if I want to go to another location by choice in the future read more

I Absolutely love this particular facility. I had an issue with my coffee at another location and without hesitation the manager said please let me make that right for you. It was not her responsibility to make it right but as a good store manager she went above to make sure that the customer was satisfied. And for that reason alone I drive past 3 other locations just to give them my business. The staff is always polite. The facility is always clean. I can't tell you how many times I rolled up and seen an employee picking up trash outside empty in trash cans wiping windows down that just says something to me they take pride in their job I could rave about this place for hours. Very disappointed in this location. Our lattes were undrinkable, both our croissants were burned, and the frozen drink my child got was so sweet that she couldn't drink it. The entire restaurant was dirty, especially this "kids" area they have set up. It was so visibly dirty that I wouldn't allow my child to play there. Wasted $$. We will never be back. read more

The experience gets worse each and every time. Despite having a delivery truck there regularly they are always out of stock on everything including coffee a couple of times! Is it possible to contact the corporate office and have them investigate? We live somewhat near this location so it should be convenient. The wait times are always ridiculously long for no apparent reason. They have changed staff regularly as well. read more

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've been too my hot dark roast mocha swirl / vanilla bean extra cream tasted like it was several hrs old. it was cold and the flavoring just was awful. I also had a hot decaf mocha swirl / cream which didn't have any mocha in it at all. The good side to this story is the great people at the Dunkin in dade city helped us out and fixed ridge manors mistakes with out a complaint and now we have great coffee. As we entered the restaurant at 6:30am the garbage next to the entrance was overflowing onto the sidewalk. The entry way looked like it hadn't been swept for weeks. There was coffee spilled all over the floor in front of the counter, with a wet floor sign in front of it. We left. If they can't take care of that part then I'm sure the rest of the place is dirty as well. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is the best, they always have a stockpile of Boston cream donuts. Which means they actually have a donut that is delicious. The coffee is great, way better then the McDonald's down the road. Literally the BEST coffee I have ever had. I'm allergic to milk and ordered a coffee not knowing that the recipe required milk. They just went above and beyond to make sure that my order was safe AND delicious!! I felt so bad that they had to take extra effort to cater to my allergy but they seemed genuinely excited to help. On top of that, they made sure I liked it before we left!! Now my husband keeps sipping on it too LOL.
