    My iced coffee Carmelita

This place was super cute. Loved the vibe. I ordered the iced Carmelita and it was amazing. Employee was nice. Bathroom was clean.

Great local owned coffee shop with three locations. They have a wide range of drinks and tea blends which is dangerous for a person like me who wants to try everything. Comfortable atmosphere with couches that allow for a calming stay.

Excellent coffee shop. The inside is very spacious so you probably won't have trouble finding a seat. The people behind the counter were very friendly. It's nice to see a great local coffee shop. For the coffee, it's pretty sweet so if that's not your thing you may want to ask them to tone that down a bit. I didn't try any of their food but I wish I got one of their giant cookies. Highly recommend.

Lovely staff and delicious brews. We got a nitro cold brew and a hot latte. Will be back!

Too pictured is the The Nashville Chicken Spud; below is the Cali Toast. Both amazing!

This surprise find was a highlight of our trip! The workers were wonderful and very knowledgeable about their craft. The manager Lexi was very friendly and attentive as well. The cafe had a fun array of flavors that brought us back the next morning for more. A wide array of loose leaf tea made for a lovely souvenir. I got a spicy Nashville spud and my friend tried their pumpernickel avocado breakfast toast. The food was phenomenal and unique to the cafe, very good flavor profiles. Overall it was a great experience! Will visit again if I am ever back in the area.

A larger version of the roaster we discovered downtown Crystal River. It is in the strip mall by Ollie's.. drive thru available. You can purchase kpods, whole bean, ground beans. Many flavors and roast styles. This became our daily breakfast stop. Bagel breakfast sandwiches with sausage and veggies. (Yes...added veggies). All the breads were full of flavor and very moist... maple pecan...morning glory....blueberry... cranberry walnut. They offer alternatives to milk as well. Employees quickly got to know us and take pride in their work. Lexi has made our experiences very welcoming.

Outside remains the same with limited seating but we prefer eating inside. Even though it was busy we found a table right away. Our waitress came over and took our drink orders and left us to look over their menu per our request. The guys were very interested in one of their breakfast specials and ended up ordering it. Called a Tot Bowl the dish had tater tots, sausage, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onion and American Cheese with Sausage Gravy and two eggs. Two pieces of toast of your choice is included - both chose Rye toast which they loved. Only difference between the two plates were how their eggs were cooked. My Hubby loves over easy eggs while my brother prefers scrambled. They both stated that they loved their breakfast with my brother commenting next time he visits he would love to go to Kim's again. I of course chose something different. I had a bowl of their Stone Ground Grits with two scrambled eggs and ham on rye toast. Both the grits and the breakfast sandwich were delicious and filled me up. The guys are hoping next time we go the Tot Bowl special will be available. A great, friendly, affordable, cozy breakfast diner!

The gravy may have come from a can. I am unaware as I was not in the kitchen cooking, but it was just not a good meal at all. I'm sorry I spent the money to build my own skillet for disappointment.

Fresh, hot, yet soft crispy bread - the way a Cuban is to be! I also got the Devil crab and a side of collards. It was all great! One of the best part is the owner, Mr. Jim Anderson himself shares all his family treasures, lifestyle, music, and stories with guest. The decor in the restaurant is musician heaven with different instruments and artifacts - very jazzy/blues feel. Come to find out from the very informative lady working, that Saturday afternoons they have live acoustic music from one of the band members?!? I need more info tooooo- ! I was there on my lunch break, so I need to go back to update more photos and hidden gem stories I just know this man has! This is the kind of history I love and cafes I want to keep around!! He also does tours and will walk you through his shop, which from the outside looks small but there's a whole area you didn't even know exist, with I believe, every machine that helped develop the history of printed production. Kinda cool! Very Personal and Real Education on REAL history!
