The service here at this location has always been great with no issues from the staff when ordering a drink, a snack or just needed a quick question answered about a food order, drink order or just asked how their day is just to be nice. The ambiance has always been quiet not to loud few people here and there but not to much. This location does get busy with the local/distant travelers coming and going down the road and interstate. Lack of consideration for customer's lactose intolerance and time Example: I ordered a $7.36 venti (green) iced Dubai chocolate matcha with almond milk, chocolate cold foam with extra sweetener in a separate cup, no ice. What I received was a venti (brown) matcha made with regular milk, on ice, and the chocolate cold foam mixed inside the drink. I explained MY order to the barista. To my surprise she argued that she gave me exactly what I ordered. The barista pushed the drink back to me then walked away. She returned to pour the drink down the drain after the cashier came over to explain the correct order to her. The "acting manager" also came over to scold me for showing him my previous orders for the same drink at this store. I explained that I did so AFTER my order was paid to question the $2 price increase from the day prior. The acting manager refused to take responsibility for changing my order and blamed me for how the previous manager placed my drink order in store. I Either way, the acting manager should have asked the barista to remake the drink after the cashier explained that it was not what I ordered. The staff should bit accuse the customer of complaining to get a free drink (which did not happen). The price should have been adjusted and I should have been on my way in less than 10 minutes.

While I understand businesses may ask questions about service animals, the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. Krysta loudly questioned me in front of other customers and began reading questions from a paper about what tasks my dog performs. When I tried to explain that I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), she was dismissive and laughed, which was humiliating and embarrassing. Not all disabilities are visible. I felt singled out, judged, and treated with a lack of respect simply because I do not "look disabled." My dog was clearly identified as a service animal, and I even offered proof when questioned. What upset me most was not being asked a question, but the rude and public manner in which I was treated. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed because of a disability. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan on returning.

I added vegetables, which were fresh but served uncooked. The grilled shrimp were cooked perfectly and had a nice flavor. The shrimp vermicelli was also tasty, although I found myself wishing there were more vegetables mixed in with all those noodles. If extra veggies had been an option, I definitely would have added them. The fried shrimp egg rolls were the standout for me, crispy and flavorful.
