The coffee is smooth and delicious. Croissants are nice and flaky. The line is usually wrapped around the building but it usually moves fairly quickly. Today was my first time ordering via their app, and actually going inside the restaurant. There's a really cute coffee bean accent wall and a nice amount of seating. I really liked this cute little coffee shop. I had to customize my iced coffee because a lot of iced coffee blends are premade with dairy, but I enjoyed my White Mocha, Vanilla, Coconut w/ Almond Milk latte! I also ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese on a Croissant which was tasty. Lastly, and the most annoying is the cinnamon roll I ordered. I knew when I got it it was going to be a problem...They microwaved the hell out it. It was hotter than my sandwich. I got a cinnamon roll that was super hot with the icing melted and in the bottom of the container. I asked if I could get one that wasn't microwaved and I was told no because then it would be cold. But everyone knows that when you OVERHEAT bread, it gets hard when it cools and that's exactly what happened. So when I got ready to eat it 2 hours later, it was hard as a rock. So essentially I wasted my money! 10-15 seconds is all that is needed. If the icing is melted off then it is no longer a cinnamon roll. All in all, it was good. I may or may not go back. The cinnamon roll debacle really irritated me. read more

Great vegan options! They offer non dairy alternatives for most of their drinks. Get the Raphael frappe it's SO GOOD. I don't know if it's Raphael the ninja turtle or Raphael the artist but either way I love it. read more

This place is a better drive thru then going inside. The lobby feels cafeteria and small and uncomfortable. The food is no different than the other coffee chains and I think they get all their packaged stuff from the same place. That said the drinks are better quality than Starbucks with more variety and flavors. read more

I have been a Starbucks gal for many years when I lived in Florida, but their locations with drive thrus here are not convenient for where I live. I decided to Red Owl a try and they did not disappoint. Today I went again and got a breakfast croissant sandwich to go with my coffee. It was big and delicious. Both times my coffee was made perfectly and the gal was so nice as I figured out how to order in non Starbucks jargon. read more

overall drive-through restaurant over there was an indoor place to sit. Lots of variety I haven't got the Frappuccino. he said it was good but not great. I had a regular coffee which had good flavor, but it was kind of cool. When I get hot coffee, I expect hot coffee but it wasn't hot coffee. It's kind of cool/luke warm coffee. I got the croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage in it which was really good. I'm a big fan of that. Overall I would say it's pretty good. The people that work there are nice. This was my first time trying this location since they opened. There was a nice young lady out in the cold taking orders with her hand held machine. She assisted me with my order and gave me suggestions. I am an iced coffee lover but since it's cold out I decided on a hot dark mocha latte. I also got the bowser bagel and selected the everything bagel as I love those. Now they were out of all the meats except ham so that's what I got being no other option at the time. Now price wise it is a little more than other places but these days everything is pricey if you ask me. The bagel sandwich and coffee were both very good. I would return to try another menu item. My receipt which was requested when asked was left out the bag but I do understand people can forget. read more

I love Red Owl Coffee Company. They have the best drinks for an affordable price and as far as customer service they are extremely kind and helpful. The actual shop is nicely decorated although on the smaller side it's ambiance is chill inviting. I love getting a Asiago bagel with chicken and American cheese. It's literally so juicy and always made fresh. It really melts in your mouth. 10/10 would recommend this place. They have replaced starbucks and other coffee shops for me. read more
