The last time I was in there, every trashcan in the whole facility was overflowing. The lobby had not been swept or cleaned up. Back where they all work at there was junk all over the floor. I have been to this Dunkin in the past when traveling through Calhoun. In the past I have never had to wait long due to being the only car in drive through or one other. However, this past Saturday I went around 4p. The line for the drive through was pretty long. I decided to mobile order for in store pickup. I waited 15 minutes without seeing the drink. I finally asked and the employee grabbed the cup and asked someone else how to make it. I noticed they ignored the mobile and in-store customers and pretty much focused on drive through. Order 3 bagels and we're cold, frozen,all hard as rock. Couldn't even bite to eat. Manager said it was my fault cause I didn't request to be toasted and that's what makes them soft and able to eat. Extremely disappointed with the service lately. It takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru, the points scanner doesn't work half the time, and they recently turned off the walk-in order option on the app. I was in there a few days ago and I overheard an employee very clearly say, "If they don't wanna wait, they don't have to come here." No initiative to make the issue better, just complacency with mediocre performance. I really do think the management there needs to reevaluate who is representing their business. read more

i rely on Dunkin' SO hard!!! even if the line is long, out to the light, their service is always quicker than expected. the employees are kind and always have a smile on their faces. my order is VERY simple, cold brew, just black, which means by the time i pull up to the window, it's ready for me. anytime i order food, it's fresh and ready shortly after i pay. i usually get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel which is always so good. if you'd like something extra toasty, just ask and they'll do it no problem! The inside is also open if you're more of a go inside type person. for february, they're using pink receipt paper which is the cutest thing i've ever seen and makes my visit all the more enjoyable hehehe it's also a must to add the cups never have any coffee residue on them which is awesome since every other dunkin i go to always hands me messy cups and no napkins read more

Absolutely the slowest , rudest store I've ever been. Placed a mobile order 12 mins before I get there just to find the drink now sitting on the counter with the other mobile orders. After standing there for 5 mins a girl asked what I was waiting on and I said a mobile order for.... And she just says we don't have it and walks away. After a few more mins a guy from the kitchen finally comes up to me to asked what I needed and I showed my receipt from the order and he writes it down to have some one make it for me. Then here comes the manager, acting like I didn't pay for my order. So I show her the receipt and then she says we'll some times are machine doesn't print. Okay so at this point I've been there for too long waiting . I just asked if she can make the drink so I can get to work. The little girl making the drink says oh I already made this. Hands down the worst establishment I've been to. I came to this place out of convenience back in October 2019 to grab a few donuts and a frozen chocolate. It took forever just to get someone to the counter to take my order, and it took over 30 minutes to get my drink. The place was empty. Should've known better but I went back this morning while I was visiting in town. They had a full crew working, I counted at least 5 employees. This has to be the slowest, laziest, complainingest crew I've ever seen. They were all yelling at each other, dragging their feet, and this was with an empty store yet again. I sat down to eat my donuts and had to hear the crew gripe nonstop about co-workers for an hour. This is a very sad excuse for the Dunkin' Donuts brand. The first time I went in, I was never acknowledged by one of the 3 people behind the counter for a full 5 minutes. A simple 'Hello' would have been nice. Went back today to try the Dunkin' sticks and yet again, no acknowledgement. So the 8 of us will never be back. I went to get at drive thru and told them before I ordered that I had coupon for 6 free donuts (issued to me bcoz of previous bad experience) I ordered 4 GLAZED donuts with chocolate frosting and 2 chocolate CAKE donuts with chocolate frosting...I get to window to pay and was told it was $9.38, I explained I was to get 6 free donuts and she asked to see email from Mr. Comer...I showed her and she she gave me my order. I get home and I do not have 4 GLAZED donuts with chocolate frosting and 2 chocolate CAKE donuts with chocolate frosting...instead I have 4 chocolate cake donuts with white glaze frosting and 2 white cake donuts with chocolate frosting...I'm curious...are employees trained on what kind of donuts are glazed and what kind are cake? Good location. Near i-75. The issue is that every time I come here, they're always a hit or miss. Their drinks are sometimes not made well and recently when I ordered donuts, they were negligently placed upside down with the frosting on the bottom and so it all stuck to the bottom of the bag and not on the dough. They need to take bette care in handing the products. read more

The food is good and the in-store service is terrible. The employees were less than helpful, we had to repeat our order to the cashier multiple times and still the order was wrong. The two groups of customers behind us had less patience and walked out after less than a minute dealing with the cashier. The store was less than busy even slow (I have worked fast food before in the last year) I do not recommend this store for dine-in. If we could give 0 stars, we would! We mobile ordered a large Coolata and ran through the drive thru to pick it up this afternoon. No issue there, we grabbed the drink and went over to a parking spot to meet someone before getting on the road. My nephew who is 9 opened his door and his drink accidentally fell out and the cup split open when it hit the ground. Accidents happen, right?? So we ran back through the drive thru and requested a remake (since he's a kid and it was truly an accident) and we were met with aggravation. The woman we spoke with said it wasn't their problem that it was spilled and that if we wanted another drink, we would need to pay for another one. We asked if there was any management who could assist us with this, and she offered to call her GM, who also said that they were unable to remake the drink. The woman working the drive thru said that since it was a $5 drink and 'so expensive', they couldn't just remake something like that, but if it was a $2-3 iced tea or iced coffee, they might be able to do it. So we asked if they could remake something within that dollar range since that's how they made it sound, and again they refused to make anything. We have contacted corporate and reposted this location for poor customer service and will not be returning with our business. Starbucks would have remade this drink without question, so I guess they've earned our future business now! read more

Just tried ordering different stuff in hopes maybe they can't mess that up but they can't even make a simple ice coffee or put the right donut in the bag. I never get treated nice when I go in EVERY time when THEY make it wrong. I finally asked for my money back today because I'm not spending money when I don't ever get it right. Horrible service!! This was the most infuriating service I've ever had. We asked for two breakfast sandwiches at 1030 on a Saturday morning only to be told that they don't serve food....what??? Then I asked for a coffee w/sugar free syrup, the cashier said they didn't have any. I then asked for a plain cappuccino, then another cashier came over and asked if I wanted a flavor and said that they did have sugar free, I asked for mocha, which she said they had, and then proceeded to order 3 donuts since they weren't serving "food". We stood at the pick up point and the second cashier said that they were now serving food if we wanted sandwiches instead and we said yes. 5min later we are still waiting and she says they don't have sf mocha, fine, French vanilla it is. Another 5min and I finally get my drink. Still waiting, (it was not very busy, no one in line when we walked in, about 5 came in after us) she comes back and asked if we had somewhere to be because it would be a while for the sandwiches....we did, so I said we'll just take the donuts, told her what we ordered again and took our bags to the car. Opened the bag for my one donut I asked for by name "wicked chocolate" not even close, I had to send my husband back in to get the right one or I would have lost my mind. So, this was the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. My husband and I pulled in the drive thru since it was empty and everything else was busy. (Should've taken that as a sign.) The girl opened the window, and asked us if we wanted cream in our coffee. When my husband looked at me for an answer, before I had a chance to even answer, the girl waved her arm in the hurry up motion.. Strike 1. Then she asked if my husband wanted cream in his coffee, to which he said "no, that's alright." After she came back with our coffee, she opened the window and said "uhm do I look like a sir to you?!" A question that completely baffled us. She said "you just called me a sir!" She apparently misheard "it's alright" as "sir" somehow? But before we could say that, she slammed the window shut in our face.. Now, his tone was very soft and polite with her the entire transaction.. (as it's his nature) There was absolutely no reason she should've assumed he was being insulting despite what she misheard. It was obvious she was looking for an excuse to be hostile, as it was clear she didn't want to be there in the first place. I can understand one bad apple, but as she did that we could hear the other employees laughing in the background. The cherry on top is that the "coffee" was pure sugar, and the donuts were stale.
