The staff, specifically at the drive thru, always seems so dang miserable! The service otherwise is fine which is why I'm giving any stars at all, but the people working here just seriously seemed so miserable. And this is every single time I've gone. Went to Dunkin for a hot chocolate and donut. The lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. She said she didn't hear me ask for a donut even though she repeated it back. When I asked to add it on, she said "This is a line. You will need to go back through if you want something else." Ended up just leaving with my hot chocolate, that was actually cold. read more

I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday. It was set to be picked up on Saturday morning. Showed up later that day and they had no cake. Employees called manager and the manager said to show up Sunday morning to pick up the cake and once again, no cake. We had to purchase somewhere else since they just didn't give us one. This review is really raised up for the customer service, looks like the reviews for customer service are pretty poor so I thought I'd highlight this young lady. 5 stars for Brianna A the shift manager. She was super friendly and made the whole interaction so pleasant. I was picking up a lot of donuts for my kids daycare center and she was super efficient and asking questions to make sure we get the donuts that the kids and adults would like. I've worked at dunkin before its not that hard but the kids working here make it seem like its the hardest job in the world. Ordering from and eating in this store is usually a pretty nice experience. I frequent it often and never noticed much of a problem other than the crew being a bit unorderly from time to time. (No big deal) Drinks and food have been awesome from this location! Usually pretty clean too. HOWEVER: Working there is a whole different story. The supervisors are childish, rude and terribly unprofessional. Two female supervisors started harassing my 19yr old daughter and I after she blew the whistle on sexual assault and harassment. Screaming cursing phone calls and crazy text messages. I will happily get my donuts -minus the vaping and butt smacking behind the counter, at another location. read more

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very friendly young lady. We had small talk and recommend some breakfast items that were on sale. Husband and I sat down and they even took our food to us. We where there for literally one hour talking and clipping coupons. The whole time we were there, not once, did she treat a customer differently. Despite that she had one certain individual that was very rude to her, she still remained focused and gave the customer the customer experience and still treated him with kindness. I understand we're in a pandemic and hours are shifted around. But when the door and website says the place closes at 9P and as I walk up at 7:50 the employee locks the door in my face, I find it wildly unacceptable and rude. Let's say closing time was at 8P (which it isn't), that means the place CLOSES at 8, you don't get to go home at 8. Awful customer service and I didn't even step foot in the place. read more

Folks, go somewhere else for you coffee fix. This is, by far, the worst Dunkin' location I have ever been to. The consistency of flavor for drinks ordered is lacking; the 'usual' drinks we order never taste the same. Each drink has a sticker on it with the contents listed, yet the drinks are more often than not, made incorrectly. Donut frosting for strawberry and maple has been, like, 'watered down' lately and has had very little color or flavor. Most staff we have encountered are young and we have heard personal conversations that employees have with each other right at the drive-thru window and at the inside counter, with language that was unprofessional and inappropriate. Staff are often not very friendly. There have been two times where we have ordered at the drive-thru and our order was never put into the register, so when we pulled up to the pick-up window we sat for minutes before an employee finally opened the window, giggling, and asked us if we had ordered yet- this happened both times but different employees. The lobby is often a wreck and with no napkins or straws. In all honestly, I can't remember when we haven't had an issue here. We kept giving this place chance after chance hoping it would get better considering how new it is, but we have finally had enough. As a New England native, it's wicked disappointing to have to say this but- This location has officially lost a loyal (and patient) customer. read more

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this particular Dunkin Donuts. I watched my three children be ignored at the cash register by the teenagers that were working there. All three children had saved money to purchase drinks and were looked at and ignored for over 10 minutes. I am extremely disappointed in the management of this establishment. Not a fan of this store! I have been just a handful of times, every time I go they are out or don't have enough of a donut. They don't carry regular chocolate glazed donuts, they only have the ones with sprinkles. And when I tried to order the munchkins they only had 4 left. One girl was dripping with attitude and refused to help me with my order, like I was burdening her for being there ordering a drink! They can't ever seem to figure out military discount Monday and either argue with you that it's not Monday, when it is or they can't figure out what to give the discount on. I used to love this Dunkin' location and was a regular customer. Now the coffee is incredibly inconsistent and the service is terrible. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! If I could rate this establishment no stars, I would. Every time I go through the drive thru, I ask for a chocolate dipped waffle cone. They never have them made, and have no sympathy when the inform me of it. They are very bland and do not greet you when you arrive at the speaker. Today I went through the drive through with my husband and they asked for our order, after stating the order we waited in a minute of silence and then proceeded to ask if they were there. They completely disregarded us and asked for our order once more. When we finally got up to the window, we were handed a melted cone that was dripping down the employees hand.
