A really unique Krispy Kreme! As a New Yorker I was shocked to see a KK drive thru! Is this real life? The staff were so attentive and quite fast in helping all the customers in line. The donuts were so fresh and they had a decent sized showcase. Stopped in today at 10:30 am to take a couple back to a coworker and the 2 came to $5.15 OK, I handed the lad at the counter a $10. He could not count change. He handed me back after much debate on his end $4.84 which I got as 4) 1.00 bills, 4) Pennie's and 8) dimes. The 8 dimes is what I questioned the young man about as I could see there were plenty of quarters in his till. I asked him why did he feel the need to give me 8 dimes his answer to me was "I get off at 5." And then he walked off and did not wish to deal with me anymore. I recently visited this location and half of the donuts I received were not fresh. After spending $20, I wish I had took them back. I ended up tossing them because I did not feel like dealing with attitudes nor the not so good customer service. A couple of the donuts taste like they were a few days old because they were slightly hard. The crème filled chocolate donuts had a sour taste. I did purchase one Ghost Buster donut, which was the last one left. The taste of that donut was awful and the lemon crème tasted sour as well. Only 6 of my donuts were fresh because they were the original glazed and had just came out the oven. On top of that, the young lady with the glasses and a natural Afro ,that was preparing my box of donuts had a very nasty attitude. She was rude and was very impatient with me and the other customers. I will say this, the cashier that ringed up order was very nice and had a great attitude. The only thing that was good about this visit was the six glazed donuts out the dozen I purchased and the one nice cashier. I really tried to give this Krispy Kreme a chance but the quality of the donuts, workers attitude and the customer service has went downhill. I have visited this location several times since the beginning of this year and every time, there is either a rude worker that act like they don't want to be a work or there is a hit or miss with the taste of the donuts. I rather take my chances and purchase the Krispy Kreme donuts out the grocery store, then to keep putting up with bad customer service, rude employees and not so fresh sour tasting donuts. This experience and service was not worth the $20 that I spent. Hopefully Krispy Kreme location will do some corrective training and be better in the future. read more

I love there donuts but there service is trash, I tried calling at least three times to place an order for pickup and either they didn't answer or I was hung up on. When we got to the store to order through the drive the lady was rude and didn't even let me finish talking and talked right over me. And we ordered the 4th of July box and we sat at the window waiting for our donuts for almost 25 mins well the ladies just sitting there talking. I love Krispy Kreme as much as anyone else, so this review is not reflective of what the doughnuts taste like, because they are on point! I went in about a month ago and I decided to use the app that Krispy Kreme has, which allows you to load money to purchase items and it also gets you points on it. I had some money on the app that I wanted to use to pay for my doughnuts and the cashier and the supervisor at this location did not know how to use it. What made the situation worse is that they just blew me off like it wasn't their problem and they couldn't do anything about it. If you have a product that is supposed to make my experience better, then every store should know how to use it. And if you can't use your product then at least offer a solution to me so I'm not stuck with money that I can't use. read more
