Love the donuts and drinks! Staff is so friendly! They always go above and beyond with service.

My other half ordered a regular iced coffee and a decaf iced coffee - both 5 cream and SUGAR FREE COCONUT FLAVORING. They put CANE SUGAR IN BOTH. I am diabetic, I CAN'T HAVE SUGAR AT ALL or else I will suffer for days being physically sick. I took mine back to this location and they refused to fix the order. They apparently hire the rejects from McDonald's and are shady. I was a loyal customer but after today - not a chance I will ever grace this establishment again. Bigsby is out of the way but I will go there from now on. If I am going to drop $20 on breakfast - I expect it to be right. Usually they only screw up the food but I will not stand for them screwing up my drink. I even tested the coffee with my meter - it registered 800. You don't deserve the 1 star. read more

Today is a holiday so we were expecting a wait. Our truck was in the left lane, they did not take any orders from the left side. If I could give this 0 starts I would. It's my birthday and I saw somewhere that you can get a free drink. I went inside and immediately I felt bad. One of the blond girls in there yelled at me and called me weird. She said maybe I can scan something and then I did it and she said "if you would let me do my job." I was in shock. I don't understand her problem. The ambiance in there was horrible. Do not go there is you want to be rude. I'm sorry that you don't o like your job but you don't have to talk to me about it. usually dunkin' isn't bad, but my last 2 visits have been terrible. the first time i was disappointed i ordered a matcha latte with light ice and the ENTIRE cup was filled with ice. i ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with light ice made with coconut milk and they gave me my drink made with green tea. the lady who took my order didn't tell me they didnt have coconut milk or anything, they just made my drink that way. finally i ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles and they did NOT add sprinkles... my second time ordering, one of my drinks was a blue berry macchiato and i ordered a large with no ice. they filled the large cup half way and tried to give it to me. it tastes like shit. horrible establishment and i am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. read more

Update 6-29-20: Gave them another chance by simply ordering 2 double chocolate doughnuts. I get to work and open the bag to enjoy just to find both were placed in the bag upside down so the icing stuck to the bag and they've both been mangled. Not smashed, but mangled into a pile of brown mush. Like they put them in the bag and twisted while pushing them against the counter. What is wrong with these people??? Prior review... Two days in a row I gave them a chance. Both days they failed. The only good thing they did was on day 1 when they put the 2 doughnuts in a tidy little box. Also on day 1 the sandwich may have been ran over by a large truck on it's way to me. On day two, the doughnuts are thrown into a bag where the chocolate icing is smeared all over the inside and one is in pieces turning them both into a gooey uneatable mess. I can say the croissant looks as if it was ran over by a much smaller truck but still impressively flat. I suggest finding alternate places to go. read more

Mediocre review coming...nothing to write home about here. I used to frequent this place between 1-3x a month when I worked really close by. At any rate nothing really wowed me about this place. I don't get the jovial staff because they're really not all that happy. Quite understandable though let's be honest it's probably an extremely tedious job. The expectations probably too high coming from the managers. I heard they're strict 2 minute drive thru limit that's pretty fast but still I don't use the drive thru very often... Overall just average place like I stated earlier it's just your average chain the coffee is good people at work enjoy it! I'm wondering if they could make a blonde roast coffee!? If anyone knows where to buy it Id like to know! But overall not a terrible place! Also there's room for improvement for certain! A few changes could be made to the menu perhaps! There's not much else to say except Id mostly stop by for coffee and probably nothing else. The ice tea doesn't impress me at all! Honestly Wendy's has better tea and I think that should be rather embarrassing Ya? Something's not right about the tea! It's like it was made a week ago or something I just don't get it?! I think it's comparable to speedway tea...it's just not that great let's face it! I know it's a coffee shop but coffee and tea go hand in hand! I usually come here once or twice a week, just for some iced coffee and that's it. They have messed up orders before by forgetting a food item and we have had to have a drink remade once or twice. But overall the staff seem to be nice people, though I think there could be some room for improvement with customer interaction. Some of the ladies on afternoon shift appear as they'd rather be somewhere else and it's offputting to give them my order when they look displeased or annoyed at something. Done going in here. I cannot believe the clusterf*** going on in this store. Every drink is messed up, and even ordering food is a joke. Went inside the store today to get order, watched as they ran around like clowns, no one knowing what the other was doing, standing around laughing, acting clueless. Still messed up our order. This particular location seems to hire the people that McDonald's didn't want. At best, the employees and management are incompetent. At the worst, it's like trying to negotiate a nuclear disarmament agreement with Kim Jong Un. Just this morning I ordered a coffee, black. The first one they hand me is loaded when cream and sugar. Now, I prefer my coffee like Samuel L. Jackson. Black and bitter. This coffee that was supposed to be black was Micheal Jackson colored circa 1994. I kindly asked for them to fix my order. The manager had attitude with me, then attempted to yell at the girl taking orders. The receipt showed what I ordered. Whoever made the coffee screwed up. The manger grumbled and handed me a new coffee that was so scalding hot it about burnt my hand. When it cooled enough to the a drink it was old, burnt coffee that was sitting in the pot longer than Pelosi has been in Congress, and just as disgusting. I asked for another exchange, and asked if it was fresh coffee. It wasn't. I then asked for a refund. The manager was less than thrilled and wanted to put the whole $2 on a gift card. At this point I didn't care anymore and $2 wasn't worth my time or the headache. This is the straw that broke the camel's back. This particular location is awful. 9 out of 10 orders are wrong, the donuts are always old and disgusting and the coffee is always burnt or made wrong if you select a speciality coffee. I think you're better off making your own coffee. This place sucks. read more

I would think the workers would try to be nice. I spent money on a large Ice tea everyday. That is not the case. Second time I've been here and it was pretty lackluster. The cashiers seem confused. Today I wasn't told until after I paid and was waiting for my food that they didn't actually have any Diet Coke. The place was trashed. Literally every table was filthy and there was trash strewn about the floor. Thank goodness I didn't attempt the drive-thru, because it was backed up by at least 10 cars. "Now hiring" all over the counter area. Hopefully they hire some capable people! We've been coming here for years. Tonight was the first time we've experienced this level of bad service. We've watched as the good ones go one by one - and now the new ones are just going through the motions. I first ordered a coffee, to which she asked if it was hot or iced. The next order was another coffee, to which she just assumed was iced I guess. How would she have known though since not asking. No smiles, no conversation, mop bucket blocking way to the restrooms - which left a gentleman with a cane a very unnecessary obstacle course! Very disappointed DD! Why is my order ALWAYS wrong. Everything bagel with cream cheese. I get a blueberry bagel with nothing. This is not the first time. We ordered 5 donuts and a coffee and the employee stacked them on top of each other in the bag and they were all smashed and there ended up being more icing on the bag than on the donuts.... This was a very bad experience for me. It was the first time I'd been to this particular Dunkin' Donuts and I'm not overly familiar with their menu. I pulled up and asked if Munchkins were donut holes "yes". I then asked if there was more than one flavor "no". I asked if it was a yeast donut with glaze "yes". I placed my order for 25, expecting 25 yeast glazed donut holes. No, i received 4 different kind of donut holes and when I inquired why she didn't tell me as much "i didn't pack it". Then when I asked for my receipt she told me she threw it away, another employee told her she could reprint it. She told the employee "its only $5 i don't know why she needs it" or something along those lines as the doors were closing. She then told me she couldn't get me a receipt, the other employee corrected her again. She then handed me a receipt and said "for future reference if you need a receipt I need to know ahead of time." Wrong product, bad service, and a debate for a receipt. Light at the end of the tunnel, the other employee obviously would've given me a better experience and the manager who printed the receipt seemed friendly as he was instructing her. read more
