Great place to get a beverage if you like it sweet! Plain lattes/coffees are underwhelming compared to their breve. From lattes, tea, lemonade, fizz and energy drinks. Drinks are very consistent compared to your other coffee chains, which is a huge plus and always delicious. I come here often and majority of workers are very pleasant and kind. Only downfall id say is the wait, plan a good 30 minutes just to wait for one drink. They are slow moving!! So glad to have one in the falls! read more

It was quick the menu was extensive . Service workers were patient . Never been but seen a line wrapped around so I had to try it. My drink was extremely sweet but tasted like nothing I ever had. Loads of ice. So maybe say light ice. Fizz based cost was $3.75 . My drink had a vanilla after taste could have been the guava but I still really liked it. Love this place so far! Customer service is always A1! Customizing your drink seems endless here. Love that you can get it so many ways. Drive thru can be hit or miss on speed though but mostly depends on weather and of course what others are ordering. Overall I think everyone should try this place atleast once. I am a diabetic. Today I ordered a sugar free pink mermaid fizz. I specifically said sugar free two or three times, verifying that the girl taking my order understood and heard me. I just finished my drink and my dexcom is reading 206 with an arrow up. Please take seriously when someone orders SUGAR FREE. You don't know if it is for diet or life or death. Yes, it is that serious. I love your drinks and customer service however, this now has me nervous to go again. Please make sure your employees understand how important it is. read more

Service is pretty quick. I go super early, so I can't speak for later times in the day, but when I go always super quick. Coffee is really good. I am a little confused on the names / what is what but the baristas are very helpful. I like not having to get out of my car but that they also have a drive through. I like how it's set up. Ok. It's Easter and employees are working, so I'm going to TRY to be charitable. I ordered an unsweet drink with Splenda (and 3 extra pink sweeteners...I got yellow) and I also had a coupon for a free small drink, which I ordered sugar free. I asked the girl who took the order if I give her the coupon or when I pay at the window. She took the coupon. When I go to pay, I'm told the full price as she's verifying CANE sugar. When I said not correct, I thought she corrected the order to Splenda (but it was completely unsweet when I got home). And she shook her head about the coupon. I told her I gave it to the order girl. Then she asked if I knew who it was. Really? I asked if they wore name tags. She went and checked, came back and finally corrected the charge. I told her, employees need to be trained better. Although she was nice, no matter what I said, she seemed to want to be "right", as if I was the one messing up. She replied it was a "mistake". I said, but it also caused problems when it came time to pay. She replied, "No look, look, everything's OK" (but it hadn't been). She did ask if there was anything she could do to make it better. Yes. Apologize, correct and shut up. There is no need to become defensive. My daughter had gastric bypass. The CANE sugar that was entered wrongly could have caused devastating "dumping" syndrome. I'm a diabetic. Now I wonder if my order for sugar free was entered correctly or if my sugar level is going to shoot sky high. I can't remember what she repeated. YES...I did tip! Quality training. Worker was so rude today acted like it was a complete inconvenience we had more then one person in the car and needed 2 separate orders. She told me many times she's would not do a separate order for me. They looked at me with complete disgust made nasty comments like you are holding up the line(there was nobody behind me) I asked a few times if she could please do a separate order because I did not want to pay for all of my friends in my car because I did not have enough money. Eventually she gave in and was completely rude she did not say one word after finally giving us are order. When I got up to the front to wait I told the very sweet lady up there working how rude the girl was that took my order and apologized and gave me and my friends and gave us a free drink. I appreciated that but at the end of the day I woke up in a good mood for it to be completely ruined. Completely unprofessional. read more

I was very curious to know what the hype was all about. Long lines every time I passed by, so today I decided to give it a try since it wasn't busy. There's 2 lanes to choose from. I chose the lane on the right. There were 2 cars in front of me and 3 cars to the left. So, I waited, no big deal. I saw the employee outside with the iPad taking down the orders. I wouldn't say this place is as efficient as chick fil a, but I wasn't in a rush. She took all the orders from both lanes, so yes I'm next! Nope, she kept taking orders on the left and completely neglected me. Okay, not happy. Huge pet peeve of mine. Places need to follow a systematic order. She finally came over and I ordered a house blend with cream & sugar. Reviews said their coffee is really good, so I had to try it. I pulled forward and only 1 car in front of me, 3-4 cars on the left. I'm thinking, awesome, I'll be in and out in no time. Nope....I'm pretty sure I waited in the same spot for over 10 min. Finally, when it was my turn I jokingly said, wow that was the longest I've ever waited for just a cup of coffee. No humor. Not even, I'm sorry for the wait. Coffee wasn't hot and it tasted like brown water. So, after my experience it makes sense why there are so many cars there. All you do is wait! I clocked my time. Pulled in at 3:44 pm and finally pulled out of the parking lot at 4:17 pm. I gave this place a chance, but hello Starbucks. I'm pretty sure I can get a hot cup of coffee in under 2 min. read more
